It a good place to stay

This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed in in my 20+ years. A small episode to share with everyone: the hotel environment is average, we understand. The next morning, after getting up and going to the toilet, we found that the water in the toilet was not well drained, so we opened the water tank cover to drain the water, and accidentally broke the water tank cover. We took the initiative to ask the front desk for compensation, but we got 600 MYR in compensation. I asked a local friend, the same one only cost 150 MYR, we coordinated with the hotel owner to buy the same one for ourselves, but the boss replied that we wanted the same color and the same model (as shown in the picture below), you know, he The toilet is very old and yellow. Where can we go to replace it with an old one and tell him to ask the police to solve it, but he won't. Later, I had no choice but to call Ctrip for help. Later, the boss asked for 300 MYR, and said that there was also a working hour fee, ha ha! In the end we negotiated and gave 250! ! ! Is the 4.5 points given by Ctrip in line with it? It's bad, give it 0 points!
