Booked for our staycation, room was sufficiently big enough for 2. Toilet was decent with an added bonus of having a bidet which was a criteria for our stay. Bed and pillows was nice, mini bar replenished after every housekeeping. Very nice and big curve smart tv which you don't see often in hotels from the same price range. Location wasn't too bad, 7-11 is nearby and food isn't hard to get by if you're not willing to travel further away. Overall had a great stay here that i even extended another day.

It was a very nice and cozy place for friends. The room was nice and the bathroom was huge. I liked the single bed but the queen bed was way too soft and slightly uncomfortable for me as I like hard beds better. Overall nice stay but service staff abit unflexible and slow. But room wise is very good. Thanks for the good stay.

The staff are very friendly and greet you everytime you pass the entrance. They do daily housekeeping, thats why the room is very clean and there is a bedit in the bathroom. Internet service is good and there is a free snacks and drinks. They refill it during housekeeping. The only problem is the location its far from mrt station you need 15 min walk. Its inconvenient if raining and if you have elderly and children with you. There is a bus stop nearby but you have to familiarize the bus number passing in that station.

Our experience in this place was average. It was relatively clean, although the installations are rather old. We were the family of 3 and so was the reservation and payment, but for some reason we kept on getting a set of towels for 2 only. Not a big deal for some, but kind of disruption in stay to have to ask for an extra one everyday. The staff was friendly.

Overall is good for this hotel with the price offered. The staffs are friendly and many Chinese foods can be bought nearby this hotel.

Room is quite big But water power is very bad

Everything is fine in the room. Unfortunately, the shower head is very heavy, and the shower water is very small. It's no problem for men to wash their hair, and it's a little hard for women to wash their long hair.

I have stayed this hotel few times but a bit disappointed for this time. Toilet bowl not clean upon our check in, stain was there, awkful Bathroom not clean properly after room service, hair dropped on the flooring still there Overall room not really clean up properly upon check in and room service, cleaning service really bad.

Room is spacious enough for 3 adults. Beds are too soft. The chair leg is so dusty that it is obvious the cleaner never really pay attention to wipe and clean the whole room. Although it is a family room for 3 people, the mugs are only for 2 AC can be controlled by ourselves but lose 1 cover of it so the blower blows right to the bed no matter where we aim it to. Price is too expensive for this kind of facility.

room decorations 99% similar to the ones posted on websites... been back for many times before already.. this is the best rating i'l give & pick in location like geylang !! Staffs are helping and nice ! super best thing is the bed !!! Its really so comfortable. Would actually recommend the king deluxe but always fully booked haha .

I'd requested for fresh towels from this housekeeping lady whom is Chinese, rather short and plump. She had a very snobbish attitude and told me off so I mentioned that I would feedback about her, then she said "if you not happy don't stay here go book another hotel". I was really happy throughout the stay with the kind reception and clean hotel, but this one women totally ruined my trip

I arrived on the 16 October at 7pm. Counter lady staff was friendly and efficient. Later in the night the chinese male staff was also very friendly. The room was very comfortable and spacious and cosy. Perfect for a night or 2 getaways. I strongly recommend thsi hotel.

Location is easy accessible, limited parking slots. Arrived early and understood room was ready from reception but was rejected to allow check in early. Necessary amenities are available and with free minibar contain 3 drinks. Overall experience is good.
