The place very near the MRT train!! Very nice! Hotel smell so good! Will recommend for other people

Im a regular hotel hopper, i always come back to St signature Jalan Besar. Hassle free check in, the staffs are friendly and accommodative. Love the concept of the modern loft rooms. Although its a small space room, Its very cosy and comfortable. Very clean too can see that it is well maintained. Would definitely recommend to travellers who are on budget, it is a good stay. They also have smart tv in rooms so we can enjoy netflix and a mini air purifier!!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up extending our stay another night; there was just so much to do and explore within the area. It was also very easy to access the rest of the city via train since the train station was only a stone's throw away.

Location was great. Ac very cool, very clean. Kitchen is so nice Definitely will come back

I booked one room with shared bathroom. It was our first time to try this booking and I was really satisfied with the room and safety we have experienced. Overall I would go back to this place and would highly recommend it. Kudos to the management.

I have stayed at this hotel 3-4 times, so I believe I can provide a consistent overview on it. While this hotel is clean and easy to check-in and out of, which is the reason why I have stayed here multiple times, I would not recommend it to people who are staying there for a full day and for those who value sound-proofing. At 7AM every morning, you will be woken up by the extremely loud sounds of heavy doors going "BAM" from the above floor, as the check-out time for half-stays ends at 7. Then, at 11am in the morning, the clean-up crew will begin their vacuuming next to your rooms. It will be so loud that it would sound like they're vacuuming your very room. If you are a light sleeper and would like to sleep in, this hotel will irritate you for sure. You will be able to hear people walking above, and there will be random banging at odd hours.

Very near mrt. Didn't expect 3 pax bed is on top (need to climb). Other than that we are satisfied.

Overall not a good experience. We booked a shared bathroom, double room. To our surprise the shared bathroom was shared between both genders! What's worse was that the area where the rooms and bathroom was is not secured ( there is no card to tap in and out). You can see random foreigners and locals walking on just to use the toilet. Rooms were not clean, towels were stained, there were random nails and hair lying around. Bathroom and toilet had a stench. It was so bad that we requested an upgrade which was not cheap at all, given the standards provided. Every morning we got a 'morning call' close to 6am+, woken by lousy housekeepers who 'lifts and slams' mattresses on the ground. Even our new room upstairs lack security, you do not need to tap a card to use the lift to go to the rooms, which means any random person can go upstairs. We kept our bags locked and did not even dare to keep valuables inside. Definitely a no-no next time.... only plus side was the location.
