Our experience at Oberoi surpassed all expectations. It's situated across expansive grounds, which gives each guest ample privacy. Hotel design is meticulous and nothing less than what I’d expect for Oberoi. The on-site restaurant serves up excellent food with a wide selection of choices, compensating for the limited nearby dining choices. Most impressive of all was the personal and impeccable service which warrants a rating beyond the conventional scale. if possible, I would award it six stars. Highly recommend a stay at Oberoi Lombok!

A real five-star. Every staff member has a smile. The hotel's swimming pool and sea view are unbeatable. The room is also very comfortable. Everywhere is filled with the fragrance of flowers. The room is cleaned twice a day (and once when turning down the bed). There is also local food for dinner. You can enjoy the dance, highly recommended

The Oberoi in Lombok is easily the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed with. From the second you arrive, the attention to detail, the grounds, rooms and food are faultless. There is even a menu for what type of pillow you would like. A special mention to Hari at front desk for making this a trip to remember, your kindness and hospitality will long be remembered long after we have left.

Where do I begin…we extended our Bali trip and spend 3 nights in Lombok (should have done 7 nights!) At the airport we were greeted by The Oberoi representative, We had chosen a private transfer and Jaya our driver was an absolute sweetheart! Upon arrival we had a brilliant and warm welcome garlands and all. It’s such a beautiful, calming resort. Our ocean view suite was absolutely brilliant with breathtaking views of the ocean. The room was large and spacious. The Spa facilities were great too and Lily has magic massage hands…we had some great treatments during our short visit. The breakfast and food in general was great and my husband was beyond pleased that there were several Indian options too! We did a private tour of the Gili islands which was a great experience too. The service is at a different level all together. Debi at Reception, Ansal, Nadra, Mustapa, Michelle, Mansour, Adi, Lily and Marnik are some names we would like to specially mention. We can’t wait to return to savour this absolute jewel of a resort! The best Oberoi we’ve stayed at thus far…teri makasi!

Fantastic hotel superb location with the best staff and service, From the airport pickup to the check in was faultless, room was excellent, food quality and service was again excellent, the manager should be extremely proud of the team he has at this hotel, everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Super friendly staff, well maintained grand rooms, smooth checkin facilities great pick up and drop. Nice Breakfast they do so many small gestures during the stay to make you feel good. We stayed 2 days wished have booked longer. Activities booked at concierge were also economical.

We went with high expectations but at the end the experience was better. Is the best hotel I ever been in my life. Perfect location and best sunset in Lombok, in front of Gili Islands. Amazing facilites and staff, always trying to take care of you and helping you with whatever you need. Also their beach club offer a lot of actives to do in a paradise environment and with a good price. We will come back for sure.

Very nice hotel by the sea, very pleasant room, very good stay with attentive staff. The chef adapts his cooking to demand. The gardens are very well laid out and maintained. Everything you need for a superb stay.
