Eightfold Urban Resort

An excellent hotel overall. The staff were so kind and friendly and went above and beyond throughout our stay. We were even given a delicious complimentary dinner in the restaurant. Spacious and comfortable room. Good location in terms of proximity to Angkor Wat and Siem Reap.

If I wasn't a guest I wouldn't be writing this. I stayed here for one night, and the attitude of the check-in and waiters were very good. I finished my drink in the bar street and went back to sleep. At around 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, I vaguely discovered a person stealing my phone in my room. Trousers, obviously he knew there was money in them. When I got up, he quickly jumped out from the balcony, and when I chased the thief, my arm was scratched by the balcony. Then I told the hotel front desk that there was a thief in my room, and the front desk contacted their manager. When the manager wanted to see the monitor, he discovered that their monitor had been cut off. Then I went to check the trash can and found that there were footprints on the trash can and the monitor wire above the trash can had been cut. Then I packed my things and left the hotel immediately. It was about four o'clock in the morning, I was still drunk, and the hotel didn't respond to my bleeding arm. In short, the hotel is good, but security management needs to be strengthened. In the end, I went to the hospital to bandage it myself.

The hotel was just the oasis I needed after those scorching, adventurous days exploring the Angkor Wat temples. The staff? Absolutely wonderful – so kind and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and they did it all with a smile. The facilities e.g. spa, pool were top-notch too. I’d totally recommend staying here!

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, with exceptional value for money. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make my friend’s birthday so special. We arrived to the bed being decorated (free of charge) and all staff were so lovely throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool! Shoutout to Anna and Sabo for being brilliant. :)

I stayed at this hotel with my children (2 teenagers), the rooms are beautiful, very clean, the beds very good, very tastefully furnished in a modern style. We had direct access to the pool, a dream. The pool is beautiful, the breakfast very good, the whole atmosphere is like an oasis and you can relax well. The restaurant is highly recommended and for about 5-6 USD you eat very well. The staff are always friendly and not intrusive. Many thanks to the whole team! We had the most wonderful time at this hotel. It was perfect from start to finish! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they simply couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Breakfast was great with a full selection to accommodate all tastes. We chose to have one evening meal at the restaurant which was just lovely. It was so easy to relax at the hotel, taking advantage of a delightful pool and surrounding area - an oasis! Getting into town was easy, either with the hotel TukTuk or via Grab, and perfect being away from the busy town centre. We cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone planning a stay in wonderful Siem Reap.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms were a very decent size and swimming pool area is clean and lovely. The thing that sets this place apart is service. The staff here were amazing and will do anything for you. Always greeted upon entrance with a cold flannel and a warm smile. Our stay here was brilliant and I would recommend to anyone travelling to Siem Reap. The free tuk tuk service 6-11pm is also very good and reliable.
