Great hotel, I'm a returning customer But many things need fixed. I don't know if the hotel is trying to save money , but two elevators don't work, there is no air conditioning in the lobby ( and it's Summer) Rooms are beautiful, but sometimes it takes 5 minutes to get an elevator. I can understand it being broken for a day , but I read other reviews that they have been broken for months.. Great hotel. But needs a lot of improvement. It's still one of the best in Sriracha

We booked a king room but we got surprised that they prepare a twin room which make a king room. We checked the room and found that the room is a twin room. We need to come back and change the room and waited around 30 mins. The staff has a little confused and doesn’t good manage for checked in. The other service is very good. A breakfast is very good and has a kid corner.

I stayed for 16 nights at golf. ※ Room Kitchen (2 kinds of dishes) Bathtub shower room Living room (2 person leather sofa table 2 chairs TV) Bedroom There is a small veranda (Queen wall integrated dresser table) and it is like a one-room condominium. The air conditioner is in the living room and bedroom. Marble from the entrance to the living room, the bedroom is plated. The living room is about 20 centimeters low and has a step. Because marble is white, it is difficult to notice the step of the boundary and if you are not careful, you may step off. All the water from the faucet smelled moldy and there was discomfort. It's a lot in Thailand, but it tells us that the building is old. ※ Restaurant There are various types of meals (many Japanese foods), and Thailand food is delicious. When you order from your room, you will bring it. ※ facilities (only for the amount used) ５ F There is a Japanese style bath (40 degrees bath 43 degrees bath １ 8 degrees ３) and sauna in the separate building. This is a cozy little hotel. We had a pleasant two bedroom unit. The beds were quite comfortable. Walls seemed a bit thin, could hear neighbours bed squeaking ! A very quirky shower, but fine, once you sort it out, getting prematurely wet in the process. Basic breakfast, but adequate. About 15-20 min walk to the Robinson's area, 10 min to other restaurants. 20 min to fishing boat pier. Staff lovely, but a bit sluggish at breakfast time replenishing coffee and food items.

I really can’t fault this hotel the rooms are very clean and maintained, equipped with everything you need for the duration of your stay. The staff are wonderful very helpful and courteous, always willing to go above and beyond what is needed. The food is excellent with a good variety to choose from. 05.02.2020 4F Standard Studio. 2 nights. Personal overall impression is ”normally good.” Since it is still a new ＳＡ, there are few buildings and equipment that are damaged. There are two entrances. (Maybe the general residence and rental? are separated.) Personally, having a bathtub is a plus factor. Also, the TV channel is a plus factor that you can watch about 3 Japanese commercial broadcasting stations. You shouldn't expect the view from the room. However, although I didn't go this time, the view on the rooftop (８ F level) looks good. Lawson 108 is facing the road in front. Close to Tuccom (bus station). It takes less than 10 minutes on foot. Shopping at the underground TOPS, not as large as Robinson's underground TOPS, so there are few assortments, but the same is true for wallets. It's a little south on the east side of Sukhumvit Road, so it's far from downtown and coastal parks, so you're a little prepared to walk. Especially in the daytime, it's painful when it's sunny. Bitter smile. Instead, the price is not cheap, but not expensive.

I am staying for a long time for on business. I have all the tools me need for life. If there is something wrong with the equipment in the room, it will be fixed immediately. I was surprised at how quickly they responded to my requests for improvements so that I could live comfortably. The view from the room is not good to compliment. However, location that is convenient for shopping including Robinson and food cart. Close to the sea and sports park, convenience is good. There is also a tuk-tuk platform in front of Robinson, so it is convenient to go out on holidays. I would like to use the next long stay.

We’re really like the size of the hotel. It’s good size for the kids to walk around and swim in the swimming pool. On Friday and Saturday afternoon even got foam party for the kids. We love how the restaurant located on 8th floor to see the sea. It’s very relaxing while we having breakfast. Breakfast is very good and got both thai and western style. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We requested the connecting rooms and it’s really suit the family with young kids. It have a strong shower and rain shower that what we really like. We have a great experience since we called and directly booked with the hotel. Great reception and staffs at the restaurant. Amazing hotel manager for stopping by and say hello to the guests. Highly recommended.

Clean hotel, spacious rooms. Had to stay for 1 day quarantine. Pros Well organized transportation from the airpot to take drive through Covid test and driving to hotel. Great customer service upon arrival and very friendly hotel personnel cons Breakfast food provided was not good, fruit was not fresh, meal looked awful and did not taste good (imho) too much plastic is used. there was a new regulation issued regarding second PCR test at the end of December and some people were confused with old and new rules that applied to them after they are discharged from hotel. hotel management was not aware how to help with this issue Overall great stay, reasonable price. Highly recommend to others I stayed there just for one day so I cannot comment about other facilities or surrounding. Worked great for in and out to complete quarantine requirements.
