Hampton by Hilton Shuozhou

The room was very good, the front desk service was also very good, the breakfast was great, but it might be because of the May Day holiday, there were too many people and the order was a bit chaotic, everything else was pretty good. The location is a bit far from the city center, it might be a bit inconvenient if you don't drive yourself. Everything else was great.

The architectural design and interior design echo each other, the space quality is high, and the soft furnishings highlight the brand power; the food is rich and tastes good.

It's worthy of the name Hilton. It's the most luxurious hotel in the area. There's a big park around it. There are many places to eat nearby. The room is super big. The buffet is at least 4-star. The staff's service is perfect!!!

The worst Hilton Hotel, a bad reputation. I originally booked a Hollywood room, but was finally given a deluxe twin room. The first call in the morning, I clearly stated that I wanted the room type I originally booked. The second call in the afternoon said that the person who called in the morning didn't remember what you said! And the price of the Hollywood room is the same as the suite, which is much more expensive than the twin room! When checking in, I waited for half an hour but still couldn't get in. The people next to me had all checked in but still couldn't get in. The reservation clearly showed that the room type I originally booked was changed. I originally booked two breakfasts, but it was written as no breakfast. I was really fed up, it affected my mood for traveling! The shower room was leaking, flowing from the side of the shower to the toilet, and it was all over the floor! What if I fell? The water flow was very small, and it was too strenuous to take a shower! The breakfast area is small, crowded, and there are few food options. For such a big hotel, the total of 16 floors are basically full, and there are only two elevators in operation, which can neither go up nor down. The basement is full, and you have to wait for the elevator on the first floor, which is extremely slow. The elevator was broken on the day I left, so I had to take the staff elevator, which was too tiring!

I drove to Shuozhou and chose Hampton by Hilton. The service and hygiene were good, the scenery was also OK, the breakfast was also rich, and it was not far from Chongfu Temple, which was very convenient.

The room was nice and clean, and the price was reasonable. The newly opened hotel had a bit of smell, but it was much better after we changed the room the next day. There are many types of breakfast, and I recommend the mutton offal noodles, which are quite unique.
