The problem with the facility is that there are not many elevators compared to the number of rooms. When checking in or eating, no matter how long I waited, I couldn't get on the elevator. I wish there were stairs. Also, I chose the ocean view, but it wasn't like the hotel was on the coast, but rather the ocean was a little far away. I think mountain view is fine. Also, I wish they would increase the number of employees a little more. The service is not keeping up. If you are planning to stay in the near future, I recommend that you eat at a pub a little further away near the station instead of the buffet on weekends and other days when it is likely to be crowded. The rooms are spacious, so takeout might be a good idea. The buffet is crowded both in the morning and evening, and you have to wait in a long line to get rice and miso soup. And when it's your turn, it's empty. It takes several minutes for it to be replenished. It seemed especially difficult for parents with small children. The food is at the level of a family restaurant, so I think it would be less stressful to eat there and check in later. The staff are also working hard. I can't say anything. I wish I had eaten outside instead. If you're in a hurry in the morning, I recommend eating outside.

The facility is really old, but it was kept clean by the staff's hard work with luxurious furnishings, construction and design. There are cheap hotels where the bottom of the bed is dirty, but it was cleaned properly. However, there were many places where I thought it would be nice to wash the facility with a high pressure washer, but I wonder if that is also a taste. The coffee in the breakfast buffet is so sour that I don't feel like having it. Recently, there are many places that use bean grinding machines, so how about changing them?

In the hotel in the tourist area, the facilities are a bit old, but fortunately it is clean, the door is opened with a key, very nostalgic. The bath is a natural spring. When it arrives late, there are no people. The experience is good.

Overall it is a good resort hotel. There are no restaurants nearby, so we recommend that you plan breakfast and dinner. Pick up and drop off at Kenjima Station (reservation required) You can see Eiyu Bay in front of the room. The room is a bit old, but you can relax. There is only one indoor bath in the hot spring. There is also a sauna, but it is very small.
