特別給前台小姐姐點個贊 我晚上十一點多才到酒店 然而沒有了標間了 然後小姐姐給我免費升級了套房 謝謝☺️
衞生：很乾凈
環境：裝修很舒服 也很安靜 休息得很好
服務：非常好 下次出差還會選擇這裏

房間超級寬敞明亮，等牆寬的落地窗床讓人心曠神怡，智能系統靈活好用，特別是衞生間馬桶自帶消毒，乾淨整潔。關鍵酒店有獨立寬敞的停車院子，安全可靠，不用擔心愛車被刮擦。前台服務也很到位，價格關鍵也很美麗，哈哈，下次有機會再來。希望能永遠的保持下去

早上入住前台給我了房卡，中午出去了一趟就刷不開了房門了。
房間浴室地面滑，連個地巾也沒有，更沒有防滑墊。無語，活久見。第一次見。
開的房間直有一個凳子，打電話給前台，説了一下，現在要吃飯，兩個人，暫時性要個凳子，前台説，我們每個房間就配了一個凳子，那我説，多餘的沒有嘛，暫時性我用一下，吃個飯，前台竟然告訴我説：沒有。她沒有辦法。
我開了兩天的房間，我第二天又刷不了房卡，打開不門，又下去刷了一遍卡。服了，這體驗絕了
第二天中午2點多正在午休時間，我都打開了請勿打擾，酒店人員敲門説，停暖氣了，我關個閥門，這事就得中午幹嘛，無語，
就有個牙刷，連個梳子也沒有，就這麼簡配的東西也做不到？還有那個馬桶，一次性馬桶套也沒有，不臟嗎，想不到？體驗非常差，差到極致了，石河子評分最低的賓館都做的比你們好，
我説了要個安靜的房間，第二天晚上吵鬧的，把喝酒的顧客安排在了我的隔壁，吵的要死。
