Very good experience. My girls and I had a really good time. They let us have late check out until 3 pm so my girls can swim at the indoor swimming pool. Service at the lounge is good too. Annie Xu’s service is outstanding. We will stay again for sure!

Very good and very helpful staff. Location was very convenient to many eateries, shopping and places to stroll and relax. Facilities in the hotel was very good too. Allowed late check out till 2 pm. Breakfast choice was excellent too. Will surely come back. Although I did mention it was for my anniversary celebration, sadly nothing special was done 😞. Otherwise it was great

Thank you Michael who checked us in, the first room we were in had a strong cigarette smell and we had to change to another room. He was helpful but in room dinning to set the welcome fruit to the new room when I told him we were moving to another room and please set up the new room. We went to the pool, we were told guests must bring their own swim board which I was quite surprised with,as I truly believe they do but just do not want to be led out... Which eventually I found out that really was the case. The location of the hotel was convenient and we had a late check out till 2 pm which we were delighted with, and I also liked their flower arrangement and lobby scent which was very welcoming.

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

Without map guidance, it was tricky to find after getting out of the metro. But as soon as you find the hotel and locate where you are from both metro lines, it was super easy, covinient and very prime central location. I totally recommend. Check in was easy, staff were efficient and quick. Was given room 8537 as requested to be placed in a quiet area and they accepted my request. Thought my room was in level 8 but it was in fact in level 5 floor and that's as high you are going to be. I really liked my room with the bathtub and it was spacious. Requested daily house keeping. The lounge was beautifully designed, great for taking pictures and the restaurant was really good too. Nice choices of breakfast, snack during the afternoon and evening snacks also very good at the start of the hours, if you go after 8/9pm there is not much left and they don't top it up. Overall, will stay in this very convenient hotel.

All rooms in the hotel are on the same floor on the third floor, some with windows and some without windows. The room I stayed in this time had a window, but it was smaller than expected. Even if the air conditioner was set to 17 degrees, it was still not cold enough. Breakfast includes eggs, sausages, steamed buns, and noodles, not too many varieties.

245 one night, stayed for three days, the room facilities are new, but did not deal with it very carefully. There are no shelves, towel racks. The twin room was upgraded on the first day. The hotel doesnt really look like that new from the outside, as we arrived we doubted if we have gone to the wrong place. The hotel located next to a residential area, 2-3 small stores nearby. Close to One Avenue, but not walking distance. Check in was smooth, staff knew minimal English though. The hotel has a aviation theme at the lobby. The room itself was fine, we had a double bed plus some sitting area. Room was spacious. Throughout the stay the minibar was available for free for us, and they extended check out time to 2pm for us. We ordered delivery online and was delivered to us at the room by the little robot from the hotel once it is delivered to the hotel. Pleasant stay overall, wished the location was a little more convient though.

Overall general experience, there are good and some problems. The price feels high compared to the whole stay, and the price is not high. The listing is a few hundred meters away from the subway station, okay, not too far. Check-in is relatively smooth, password lock self-check-in is very convenient, and the landlord responds in a timely manner. Can help store luggage, this is very good, very convenient. The security of the listing is still possible, there is electronic access control. Takeaway can be delivered upstairs. There are two doors in the room, the switch inside is more troublesome, but the sound insulation and security will be better. There is a Tmall elf that can be used, and you can sing directly, which is good. There are some garbage leftovers from the tenants in the balcony kitchen, but it has not affected us.
