Okay and meets expectations in general, the location is acceptable just a 5-min walk from the nearest Nanshan metro station exit, the only cons I have to highlight were the room I booked was not available and I was downgraded to a smaller king bedroom, and the AC was central and thus had loads of cigarette smoke smell. Not an ideal choice for those with fumeur problems.

Staff 115 is a very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is clean n comfortable. I really enjoyed staying here.

The staff at Shenzhen Ating Hotel are super delightful. The staff are supportive and will help you fix any issues with your room utilities.
The room is well organized. It includes hangers for clothing, large screen tv and light dimming tech.
The café on the main floor is also comfortable to sit in. The drinks are delicious. I would recommend the coconut latté.
This hotel is near Nanshan Metro station with access to line 11. This metro line spans across Shenzhen for convenient long distance travel.
Parking available.

Good economy option at Nanshan, walking distance from Nanshan metro station. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was better than most of the others at this price (for foreigners). Lots of eateries nearby too

Good location, walking distance from subway exit A, rooms are new, clean and large enough, shower is great and toilet is separated, so two people can use the bathroom at the same time! Great value for money!
