The room is really clean, all staff very helpful even some staff not good at English but still trying to help, fully amenities with perfect location.if i go to Shenzhen again I'll be there for sure!!!

Conveniently located. Easy to move around with plenty of food options nearby. Friendly receptionist, Vivi, deserved special mention for her excellent service. Overall, a pleasant stay. 👍

This is my first visit to Shenzhen. The hotel location is just 5 minutes walk from the busy area of Dong Men Pedestrian street . Everything in the hotel is very new looks like it has been opened not long ago. The room is very clean. Everything is provided in the room like bathrobe, iron and ironing board, There is a fridge, unbrella, kettle, coffee and tea provided. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body moisturiser cream, shaver, tooth brush. The towels are new and clean. The breakfast is excellent and has a wide varieties. The receptionists are polite and there are welcome drinks at the reception when you check in. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit. We stay here for 5 nights. I almost forget that there is a gym and reading lounge at the 9 floor.

Location is very good. Just opposite walking street. The room has smart access and it’s fun to play with the ai controller. Only thing is everyday they have something that require to come into the room. Like fixing wireless, drainage. It can be disturbing

This service apartment is very new and very "smart" (with Alexa equivalent systems). A gem in a popular shopping belt of Dongmen and had really surprised us. Excellent service staff as well.

LOCATION IS GOOD ROOM IS NEW TIDY AND CLEAN NEED TO IMPROVE STAFF SERVICE , YESTERDAY I PAID FOR BREAKFAST FOR THE EXTRA PERSON STAFF IN CHARGE DID NOT RECORD , ONE OF THE STAFF ASKED ME TO PAY THE BREAKFASFT I ALREAY PAID YESTERDAY

Good location 👍 just a few minutes walk to the famous street 東门步行街🎉 Comfortable beds, we sleep well every night, also can voice call to turn on or off light and TV😁, open the curtain too😁 My family really enjoyed staying in this hotel😊, we will come back again 😘
