The environment is great and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. If it's your birthday, they even offer free birthday decorations and a small cake! So thoughtful! 🥰 Had a very enjoyable stay! 🥳

It's been several days since I checked out of the Park Hyatt, but I just had to come back and leave a review. Our butler, Xiao Fan Qie (Little Tomato), was incredibly responsible and always available. Any issues were promptly resolved, making us feel completely at home. We'll definitely be back!

Very good

The hotel's location opposite Guomao (China World Trade Center) is quite convenient for getting around. I stayed on the 49th floor, and the room view was pretty standard. Overall, the service was quite good. However, the breakfast was a bit average compared to the Park Hyatt Sanya and Park Hyatt Ningbo where I've stayed before; there wasn't a huge variety, though there were some à la carte options that they would prepare fresh and bring to your table.

Park Hyatt is always my go-to hotel whenever I visit Beijing. I've stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, Peninsula Wangfujing, Waldorf Astoria, and Mandarin Oriental here, but if shopping is your priority, this is absolutely the best choice. It's incredibly convenient for accessing China World Mall, which, believe me, has the most comprehensive selection of goods. Peninsula Wangfujing and Central Mall come in second. But the semi-buffet breakfast here is truly excellent! It's comfortable, cozy, and reassuring. All things considered, you can't go wrong staying here!

This is a well-known hotel brand located in Beijing's Guomao area, and its location is absolutely superb, right in the heart of Jianwai SOHO. The lobby is on the 63rd floor, and in the evenings, you'll see many 'influencers' taking photos there, practically one every few steps. The room size is standard, but you can tell the designer put a lot of thought into the layout. The room offers excellent views, with the entire Guomao CBD stretching out before you. Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM and includes Beijing-style snacks. My two-day stay was just okay; perhaps my expectations were too high, as it didn't feel much different from staying at a Hyatt or Grand Hyatt.

Came to Beijing for Mayday during the Labor Day holiday and chose the Park Hyatt. The environment was clean and the details were impeccable. The toiletries were Le Labo 22, and the overall facilities weren't too outdated. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a concert. Clint's service was a big plus – communication was smooth and his attitude was excellent.

Quite a satisfactory stay. The room was spacious enough, clean, and tidy. Clint provided warm and efficient service. The location is convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. Breakfast offered a decent variety and tasted good. We even saw a rainbow right in the lobby on our first day upon arrival!

I'm a spontaneous traveler, and one morning I woke up and decided on a whim to go to Beijing. I checked out the Park Hyatt and saw that the holiday premium wasn't too outrageous. Plus, the location is excellent and transportation is convenient, so I booked it on my way to the airport! 😛 My snap decision definitely paid off. Not only is the hotel conveniently located with great views, but the toiletries in the room are my favorite LE LABO brand. Every staff member is incredibly enthusiastic, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of options, blending Chinese and Western styles to suit different tastes. What really impressed me was the coffee – it's professional quality (unlike most hotels where the coffee from automatic machines usually lacks latte art). P.S. I'll definitely choose the Park Hyatt again on my next trip to Beijing! 😍

Park Hyatt Beijing. Our butler, Xiao Fanqie, was incredibly attentive, from making arrangements before our arrival to taking care of every little detail during our stay. It really showcased the hotel's professionalism. We had a great stay.

Back in Beijing again, and I still chose the Park Hyatt. I have to say, the location is truly excellent (Yintai downstairs, and direct access to Guomao via a subway passage). After checking in at 1:30 PM, I leisurely went downstairs for a meal at 'Rong Xiaoguan'. Then I went back to the room, changed, and happily went to the Temple of Heaven Park for some photos. The next day, I woke up naturally, first went to Peet's Coffee in Guomao for a cup of coffee. Came back to 'Xin Jing Xi' downstairs at the hotel for some hotpot. Then I went to explore the Palace Museum, perfectly avoiding the peak crowds and getting a deserted Forbidden City. On the third day, I booked 'Jing Yan · Jing Fu Cai' downstairs at the hotel. The Peking duck was as delicious as ever, so satisfying. (If you're eating at 'Jing Yan' for the first time, you must book the Hanlin Shuyuan branch; that courtyard is just too beautiful!) Feeling full and happy, I went to Beihai Park to relax and got some photos of the White Dagoba with a pink sky. Another day filled with energy. On the fourth day, I originally wanted to get up early for the hotel breakfast, but I just couldn't. Grabbed a coffee☕️, tidied up, and went downstairs to eat at Xin Rong Ji. See? Isn't the Park Hyatt's location superb?👍 Now for the downsides. This stay truly shocked me. Is cost-cutting and efficiency improvement so severe in hotels now? Only two bottles of water provided daily?! Turn-down service was just closing the curtains and placing slippers? There was no bedside mat, no goodnight snack, and the toiletries weren't even complete! Items weren't even tidied up for me! Oh my god❗️ Fortunately, after I reported these issues to the hotel that evening, the service for the following days was up to standard. Sigh, if it weren't for this location, I wouldn't stay here again.
