Meihood Theater Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Sungang Center)

This is my first time to book a hotel in Meihao. It’s really hard to find cheap and expensive hotels in Shenzhen. The hotel lobby to the elevators are all relatively old, as if they haven't been renovated for a long time. The brother named He at the front desk smiled and answered my questions politely. My first reservation was for a 2.7-meter giant bed room, but my wife was afraid that there was only one quilt. I checked out and changed it to a room with two 1.35-meter double beds because I had children. The room was quite clean and had no peculiar smell. It was high enough for being on the 24th floor. The air conditioning is also sufficient, unlike other hotels where the temperature is 17 degrees or 30 degrees. The sound insulation is also very good and you can't hear any noise from outside. The room uses a projector, so you need to dim the lights when watching TV or movies. Feel bad: It was too noisy to go to the water level. It was so loud when going to the water that it was scary. The toilet flushing was also very loud and jarring.

The staff at the counter are very nice and can communicate via WeChat if necessary. The room was tidy. There was a phone charging cable to borrow, but it failed to charge. The cleaning lady was very nice. She helped immediately and brought me 2 more charging cables. Later I discovered that the charging cable was not suitable for iPhone 15🤣 The king bed is really big. 2 adults and 2 naps slept comfortably. There is a projector TV and a good selection of movies. I don’t want to sleep even when it’s early morning!

The hotel is pretty good, and the attitude of the DingTalk staff is also very good. It is very comfortable, and the windows in the room are quite large. The floor is high and very ventilated. Robots can deliver food. Even my usually picky mother praised the hygiene. I had special requirements for storing ice packs, and the staff was also very enthusiastic to help. In addition, the buffet breakfast is also very good, as shown in the picture 😀

I booked this hotel on Ctrip and stayed for two days. The overall experience was very good. The lobby was a bit small, but the room was OK and well equipped. Sasha at the front desk provided good service. I will stay here again next time.
