Spacious room with iconic tea smell. As usual, the amenities were great, with free laundry machines. The staffs took sometime to process passports. There is a shuttle service to Shenzhen North Railway station, which you need to book in advance, they use alphard which only fits 6 ppl each time

The hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and spacious. I like the sofa area. The facilities are not luxurious but they are all there and relatively new. The hot water is large and the bath is comfortable. The front desk service is great, attentive and enthusiastic. They specially gave me a quiet room with a window facing the community and communicated with me to check out at 1:30. I have to give a special thumbs up. I like the Shenzhen North Station drop-off service. The only drawback is that I have to wait for the elevator for a long time.
