I booked a 1.8m deluxe king-size bed room for two days before the Spring Festival. When I arrived, they said there was no room. The next day, they changed it to a 1.5m bed. I said I couldn't sleep in it, so they asked me to check out online, but I didn't agree. After negotiation, I stayed in the room with a 1.5m bed that night and got a refund of 50 yuan. The next day, because the room with a 1.8m bed had no window, I had no choice but to change it to another room with a 1.5m bed.
