酒店非常好，前台盡職盡責，友善專業，酒店位置非常好，地鐵口出來走2步就能看到酒店了，酒店房間很大，寬敞，裝修具有商務且年輕活力，辦公設施齊全，沙發，桌子，電腦桌，都帶，經濟實惠，性價比高，服務好，房間乾淨衞生，無異味，服務很周到，酒店提供免24小時費車，行李也是免費寄放的。

位置，在附近地鐵站，挺方便的，門口也交通便利，酒店提供免費停車場，不用擔心交通不方便，酒店前台比較豪華，大氣，前台工作人員服務很好，小姐姐太美了，素質也好，酒店客房，房間比較大，商務設施基本都不缺，豪華的空間，很大大的床，累了，床上一躺睡的那叫一個香，性比價超好的，以後每次這周邊，我都會選擇入住鵬城酒店。

1.衞生條件太差了，馬桶沒有刷，看着非常非常噁心，這個誰敢用，真的怕得病，有圖片為證
2.床上有長長的頭髮，被子還有大量的灰塵，睡了一個晚上全身起了疹子，整晚睡不着
3.房間的隔音是真的差，旁邊房間的叫聲，還有走廊説話聲音全部聽的見
4.房間有蟑螂到處爬，房間蚊子非常多
5.房間天花漏水，已經發黴了
6.黴味嚴重
7.浴巾，毛巾比較老舊，用在身上非常非常硬，跟女朋友沖涼後一直感覺不舒服，跟前台反饋後沒有搭理，還有地面不乾淨
8.前台那個態度不是很好，像欠幾百萬似的
9.房間是真的小，床也小，不建議住
