This hotel was dirty and Moldy. The security was rude and not accepting to foreigners. The owner did not give us the room that we booked and fought us for a refund. If you are paying money to vacation, this hood is not for you. Don’t spend your money here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The host changed the property a couple of hours before check-in which spoilt the start of my break (The host said it was down to Covid, but didn’t show proof of this). The new place wasn’t what I originally booked but it was okay, nothing special.
The host was nice and tried to cater for my needs, however, it would have been appropriate in my opinion for the host to refund some part of the cost of the trip for the inconvenience of changing the room last second, but didn’t unfortunately.

總體感覺一般，小孩挺喜歡陽台的弔籃，是面對大海，但是五樓的樓層不夠高，有大王椰遮擋，視野並不太好，有興趣訂的朋友建議訂高樓層；因為是民宿，並沒有前台協助辦理入住，建議大家提前至少一天和房東溝通好，不然去到才問停車、登記、房號的事真的麻煩；陽台的地板破損了，不美觀也不安全，建議房東還是要保養下，弔籃、抱枕等用品我覺得還是可以再弄潔凈一點的；因為酒店對面就是京基洲際酒店，所以去海灘要到海濱公共沙灘，大概要走十來分鐘，開車的話除非早上很早去，不然挺難停車；最後，提醒下大家，民宿還是去專門的民宿軟件或者微信小程序訂，會價格還是有區別。

位置挺方便的，然後東西都齊全，能看到海，雖然被對面酒店擋了一部分。浴室門是碎的，房東有和我們説明原因，但透明浴室門真的很尷尬！！大家上廁所洗澡都有些不方便，看到留言板有好多朋友説“給衞生間穿件衣服吧！”真的球球了！
下次再去還想住這，希望到時候浴室門能不透明

房間位置如描述，房子狀況如圖。不好的點在於：
1.房東因太忙，每次的反饋時間都比較長。好在交流也不用太多。
2 衞生間有點老舊，玻璃推拉門，且是透明的，又在門口，確實令人尷尬
3 陽台的吊椅確實舒服。但正對着空調外機，熱風打在臉上的感覺不大好。坐陽台時，我都會關掉空調
4 沐浴，洗髮水都是平價產品，要是能換得稍好點的會更好
5 樓下的空調有點慢，冷氣不大夠。打到17度，感覺剛剛好，樓上的空調倒是冷氣非常足。
其他的都挺好的，很有家的感覺。給放了茶具，很有feel.床品看着挺乾淨的。被子也夠厚。整體不錯的。
哦對了，房東在門口準備了拖鞋，可以去沙灘穿，也準備了雨傘，有冰箱，棉簽等小物，廚房有成套的宜家餐具，可以打火鍋。挺細心的啦
