The hotel is old and overpriced. We booked a large room. It was full of mold, smelled like cigarettes and dirty. They took us to another room down the hall. It was dirty and full of black mold, too. Finally we went to an “updated” room that was much smaller than what we booked. It did not have carpet and was a bit cleaner but there was still mold all in the shower and bathroom. All the rooms need a deep cleaning with bleach. Breakfast was fine. There is no pool. It looks like the pool hasn’t been used in a long time. They only positive was the service from the front desk. They really tried their best, unfortunately the pictures online are Not the reality. I would NOT stay here again.

The hotel staffs are very friendly helpful, they will try their best to fulfill my request. I requested a room with a window because I will have claustrophobia with enclosed area but the room assigned only had a small window that was blocked totally by the curtains. Feedback to the receptionist and they apologised n promised to change a room that fit my request. The next day the receptionist brought me to 3 different types of rooms for me to choose.
Really appreciate their efforts.

Close to Shanghai old railways station, opposite you have blue frog and other restraunts , extremely central for Shanghai , decent rooms.

Beautiful room and bathroom. Very nice renovation. A fair drive from the airport but quite nice for a late arrival or departure. Breakfast unfortunately was average. Local cuisine only. Nice staff at the front desk.

Ramada is a great deal for the price. The only downside was a pool. It seemed to run swimming lessons for kids so it was noisy.
Rooms are lovely..enough space. Generally atmosphere was great.
