來深圳遊玩，查到這家酒店可以用積分兑換，就兑換了。酒店大堂有不少可愛的擺件，房間挺乾淨的，風格是商務現代型的設計。洗手間和浴室分開，洗臉盆在外面，挺好的。不知道是不是因為我們入住當天是520的原因，酒店送了兩盒小豆奶和一包小圓餅作為歡迎小吃，挺暖心的，贊一個！

房間温馨，前台服務人員服務態度很温和，客房服務員打掃衞生很認真，很有禮貌，房間很乾凈，早餐很精緻，很好吃，入住的時候還免費升級了房型，酒店地理位置也非常好，離9號線地鐵站也很近，從酒店走一小段路就到了，非常便捷，外賣也很方便，可以讓小機器人送到房房間，總體來説很棒，下次還會再來入住。非常滿意哦，奈斯

酒店前台很熱情，服務周到，客房的條件也很好，很重注設計感。酒店的各項服務都很令人滿意，早餐是自助的，還有小糕點，餃子湯粉之類的，挺好吃的，尤其喜歡吃這個黃色的糕點，個人覺得很好吃。還有免費停車，出去衹要給前台説一下車牌，就免車費啦，很棒！以後來深圳的時候，還是會選擇這裏的！好評！

房間：五一期間300這個價位感覺是很舒服的了，入住的第一間下水道有點味，直接升級了房型換了房間（p2原房間），衞生打掃也收拾得很乾凈，不會亂動東西
外賣：有小機器人直接送到房間，機器人送不過來的時候會有人工送上樓（機器人超可愛）
早餐：預訂的時候是有一份免費早餐，入住的時候和前台提到我們有兩個人，直接免費升級成兩份了（去吃的時候比較晚，但還有花捲雞蛋水果和速溶咖啡奶茶那些，會有人幫忙煮粉面）
服務：前台保潔餐廳服務人員都真的特別好！！
設備：公共洗衣機和烘乾機很方便，衣服拿到手熱乎乎香噴噴的

一分都不想給，評價都是假的，我評價看到的房間和我預訂的房間都不一樣，攜程預訂的房間，前台感覺都不太想接待，房間亂的像迷宮一樣，半夜有幾個大爺在嘻嘻哈一直吵，前台直接拒絕接聽我電話，攜程人員去協調，前台根本就理會，最後還是表明了態度，如果再吵就報警才有工作人員上門去幫解決喧嘩問題，而且浴室還很臟，很垃圾

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，因為來的比較晚。這邊跟前台商量了一下，讓我延遲到了下午3點，房間的話已經沒有房了，免費升級了一個帶窗的，服務這塊也算是做的挺好的
有自助洗衣機，不過洗衣跟烘乾是分開的，要自己手動換。
入住了兩天，總體而言環境也不會吵鬧，客房服務及時有小機器人挺方便，好評
