This time I booked the wrong store because of my carelessness! Originally, every time we made a reservation, we made a reservation at the Huanggang Hotel of the Convention and Exhibition Center. This time, because the staff did not confirm my booking record when we checked in at the Huanggang store, we first discovered that we had made a mistake by mistake! I immediately rushed from Fumin Station to Gangxia North Station. It took about 12-13 minutes to walk. It was already around 7:30 pm when I arrived. The professional who helped me check in was very polite and had a good service attitude! But when I got to the room, I found that the window was open, but it couldn't be closed. The screws were loose! The marble edge of the bathroom door is rotten! We will return to the front store immediately to report! The front desk clerk was very nice and immediately arranged to upgrade our room, but it could only be a twin room! Asked if we had any questions, we agreed immediately as it was almost 8pm! But when I went to another room, I found that the windows were all open and the screws were loose! No need to change rooms! I don’t understand that there are so many problems with the room. Please click on Jie Zhong and we will arrange for guests to check in! The location is really average! The only thing I can praise is the front desk clerk, whose service attitude was very good from checking in, reporting problems to checking out!

This is the worst experience I've ever had in all the Seasons hotels. When I checked in, the three women at the front desk all had sullen faces and didn't even say the most basic greeting. I wondered if they were having their periods together. After I was done, I sat next to someone and found that these three people were playing around. It turns out they can laugh. To be honest, playing around at the front desk really affects the image of a hotel. I suspect that they were not trained before they started working. Let's talk about hygiene. The floor was covered with mop stains. It was sticky and slippery. I almost fell. The clothes hangers and remote controls were all covered with a thick layer of dust. The quilt was not clean and made my whole body itchy. There were many stains on the sofa and hair was found. The auntie was really lazy to the extreme. Of course, the main problem lies with the management. By the way, there is no refrigerator, which is very inconvenient. The sound insulation is poor.

The location of the hotel is convenient, the room has enough space, the toilet and shower room are separated, the breakfast is very cost-effective, and the choices are abundant. It can be considered for business stays. 

 Old customer, the hotel has a good location, basically I come here to stay for two nights every week when I go to Shenzhen for business. The service attitude is good, they can consider the personalized needs of the guests and do a good job of disinfecting the room. The breakfast variety is diverse, and I especially praise the auntie who cooks noodles with a smile and a very good attitude; the front desk lady is also very nice. In short, this is a good choice for business travel 👍

The location is good, close to Lianhua Mountain and the subway station. The hotel is in the Talent Building, it seems to be on the 15th-25th floor, and the lobby is on the first floor. There is a large TV in the room, which looks quite comfortable. It is rare to have two inward opening windows in the house, and ventilation is much more comfortable than air conditioning. Except that the price is slightly more expensive than other all seasons, everything else is pretty good. It's nice to live here to save trouble.

I came to Hong Kong during the Spring Festival. It is very close to Futian Port and Futian High-speed Railway Station. The transportation is very convenient. The rooms can open windows, which is rare for high-rise hotels. Sleeping with windows open is much more comfortable than air conditioning!
