The pillows, quilts, and mattresses smelled of musty. I forgot to ask for something and ignored them several times. The service attitude was very poor.

衞生：衞生情況比較糟糕，洗手間沒打掃乾淨，廁所的門還是壞的，完全關不上。
服務：衹有前台一個工作人員，詢問什麼都會回答，服務態度是好的。
環境：晚上睡覺隔音很差，能聽到別人吵架。

一進房間一股子黴味豪華套房居然窗户被堵的黑黑的而且還有空調外機震得窗户嗡嗡響腦仁疼😣房間好像是辦公室改裝成的門是鐵門上面有朦朧的窗户和前台説要退房因為外面噪聲太大我説出個清潔費，結果前台説4:30以後就不能再退房了，因為清潔人員4:30之前就走了反正前台態度就是很不耐煩，也很兇重點是房間的Wi-Fi根本就是連不上去房間的電視台也換不了台，房間連吹風機都沒有洗髮水也沒有反正就是一切都很破姐妹們，真的聽我一句勸千萬不要去這裏住真的後悔死了

來找朋友玩，結果朋友出去了。衹好開個房間休息下等朋友回來。房間夠大，前台小姐姐還很暖心，幫忙安排了靠後面安靜的房間，還有免費車位。暖心的服務讓我等待的三個小時不那麼難受。
