Excellent service! Enjoyed Chinese and western breakfast buffet and tv channels, well equipped gym, covered pool, excellent location across the street from Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Pool requires swimming cap or can buy for $30rmb. Connected rooms perfect for families. Both rooms had separate showers and bath tubs, only the smaller room had jets in the tub. Very kind service for children, they offered children’s bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrush sets. Stay included breakfast buffet for 4, and $200 rmb vouchers for Fortune Restaurant, but must use $100 each day, cannot combine. Just decrease the hotel booking $200 instead of vouchers. Everything perfect except the Fortune Restaurant, which was very slow compared to the service in the rest of the hotel. Would stay again and highly recommended.

The hotel's location and environment very good[ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp] the room very clean. Breakfast is very traditional[Party][Party][Party] The service in the front desk is excellent. Mr. Mo 莫先生is also considerate, and the room very nice good. The room has been upgraded for free, and we will come back again next time

Reception friendly & helpful, rooms nice clean & spacious. Gym good, location is close to shops. Only negative is there is a night club downstairs & was very loud music until 2-3am. We stayed on a Thursday evening.

Breakfast is average. They offer Chinese and western cuisines. Swimming pool is nice, however there were people learning swimming and doing laps, not quite friendly if you swim with kids, cause the swimmers will clashed into your kids. There are only a few chairs in the pool, not enough if there's more than 6 parties, who want to put their belongings nearby. For parents, please do aware the room has three sliding doors. It's like home safety trap inside the room. Watch out for kids who might put fingers in between when you slide or close The shower room design has a glitch, that the water will easily leak out through the gap to the floor. It also leads to another safety issue, cause the marble flooring will become very slippery. Though it claimed to be a kids friendly hotel. Ironically, the sliding door and the water leakage were hidden danger in the room.

It's my second time to stay there within a month and I received great service and enjoyed my stay greatly. I could see the great improvement and gain the high standard of service. It's quite near if I choose the taxi to the hotel from Shenzhen Airport. It'll be great if there's a shuttle service that I would suggest. Great hotel room with good view this time. Special thanks to a wonderful arrangement by Mr. LI, the manager. 🙏🏻 It's a lovely place for me to relax and slow down by swimming and hitting gym.😉
