I liked this hotel because it locats in the centre of the city, subway station is a few minutes walk. It is so convenient to get around in the city. The room size is ok, and the carpets are a bit of worn-out. I liked the swimming pool, it made my stay a lot better and no bath in the bathroom was not relevant anymore.

Because the hotel is very close to the Medical University Dental Hospital, and there is a small parking lot in the backyard of the hotel, which is more convenient, so I stay here every time I come. The overall feeling of the hotel is good. The room is very spacious, clean and tidy, and the facilities are relatively complete. There is no refrigerator. There is a slight regret. All the cheese the children brought from home was thrown away. And the only drawback is that there is no function to leave a request when booking a room. I booked a room many days in advance and still got a room at the elevator entrance. I don’t like that the rooms also have smoking rooms. Very nice aparthotel! Extremely comfortable! I arrived late and the original room type was fully booked. Needless to say, I was upgraded to a business comfort room! During this period, the washbasin was blocked and they helped me solve it in time. The same was true for the toilet problem! I hope that those who come to Shenyang will also stay here! The price/performance ratio is very high. It’s very convenient for traveling and eating delicious food!

Just because the location is perfect, I stayed for three nights in total. The beautiful and handsome man at the front desk provided excellent service. There were many types of breakfast. The room was very clean. The room with street view was big enough. This is my first time staying at Hampton by Hilton in Shenyang. I personally think it is very good. The staff are warm and courteous and have good service attitude. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. The rooms are uniquely decorated, neat and elegant, and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk, Ququ and Ruirui, are very considerate and professional. The room was upgraded for free, and the children were given baby hand cream as a gift, which was great🌹!

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

We booked this hotel as we were attending a wedding in a venue not too far from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with all modern amenities. The buffet breakfast was well stocked but did run out of food quite fast so if you weren’t early there wasn’t much left by 9:30. All in all it was a good place to stay at an affordable price.
