This living experience is really great. The front desk staff are very professional and enthusiastic. The breakfast is also very rich. The waiters have excellent service attitude and will give small toys to the children. What makes me most satisfied is Aunt Ma Yumei who cleans the guest room. They give us super considerate greetings every day and provide us with the fastest help. If we need anything, they will help us solve it in time. Watching us take care of our children, we also prepared corresponding supplies for them, and even gave them a small gift after taking them away. When you go out and feel the warm treatment, you will be happy throughout the trip. I will choose Hauser again in the future

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the South Railway Station. The stay is comfortable and well-equipped. The restaurant is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich. Chen Bai's service in the restaurant is warm and he also prepared hand cream. The waiters at the front desk, Xiao En and Nana, also took the initiative to personally help us load our luggage into the car. We are very grateful for their warm and thoughtful service. We will stay here again next time we come to Shenyang.

Staying at this Hauser hotel on a business trip was a pleasant surprise. Originally it was quite late, so I made a casual reservation without any expectations. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the front desk saw that I was on a business trip and was quite tired. I was given a free upgrade to a zero-pressure king room with a latex mattress. When I entered the room, there were almost no blind spots and it was very clean. The latex mattress is indeed very comfortable to sleep on, and the facilities are also very complete. It is said that the hotel's mineral water is provided in unlimited quantities. Although I can't drink so much by myself, I have to say that this is really more humane. Everything in the room is provided free of charge, no consumables, free coffee and tea bags, and equipped with chargers, which is very convenient. Moreover, the quality of various facilities is very good, not cheap, even the disposable slippers are thick-soled. One day after I checked in, I was particularly impressed by the two girls at the front desk, Xiao En and Nana. Their smiles were friendly, they were warm and generous, and they were responsive to requests. They patiently introduced customers to nearby places to eat, drink and have fun. They would say hello with a smile every time they passed by, which really brought great benefits to customers. I am in a good mood and praise the hotel for having such employees. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay. I would almost choose this hotel again if I have the next time.

第一次入住這家酒店，各方面都讓人感到十分的驚喜！！！雖然不是在瀋陽最市中心的位置，但周圍交通特別便利，去哪都不算太遠。房間裏設施很齊全，礦泉水是不限量提供的，還有免費的咖啡和茶包。打掃的很乾凈，床墊也是軟硬適中，被子是羽絨被，睡得超級舒服，房間的電動窗簾也很方便。酒店的服務特別好，從前台接待、客房大姐到餐廳服務員，我們遇到的每一個工作人員態度都非常熱情，會笑容洋溢的跟來往客人打招呼，感覺心裏暖暖的，像在家裡一樣，很安心也很舒心。離遼寧省科技館特別近，帶孩子去非常推薦哦

q是回頭客了，酒店入住非常的滿意，房間設施非常的完善，很不錯，酒店的羽絨紙和羽絨被蓋着很舒服，尤其是早餐很值得誇獎早餐時間很長，7:00到11:00，並且種類豐盛，吃的味道非常也不錯，前台的小恩和盼盼兩個人服務態度非常好，很滿意

這家酒店真的太棒了！！！！體驗感很好，離瀋陽南站特別近，打車起步價就能到非常方便，酒店周圍交通也十分便利，房間格局不錯，窗户很大采光不錯，衞生打掃得乾淨，房間安靜，裏面設施都很齊全，完全夠用，熱水穩定洗澡很舒服，羽絨被和羽絨枕也是十分舒適。因為是攜程會員，前台小姐姐還給免費升級了房間，表揚一下前台小恩，服務態度積極熱情，很有耐心儘量滿足客人需求，從頭到尾都是微笑服務，非常不錯嗷！！ 月梅阿姨清潔熱情周到 下次還來

第一次住這家酒店沒有選錯，從瀋陽南站到酒店很方便，因為行李比較多選擇了打車，不到5分鐘就到了酒店，酒店門臉不是很大，但是房間設施齊全，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，很喜歡酒店的洗護產品，味道好也很舒服。出門着急沒帶刮鬍刀，酒店還免費提供了很貼心。所有服務人員都很熱，服務非常好。退房的時候前台還送了瓶礦泉水。能替客人解決問題和需求。推薦這家酒店。
