Excellent accommodation that was an easy walk to all areas of interest. 15 mins max from airport. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the first day but was every day after that. No milk in the room but not an issue as we went to the shop. Would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are amazing so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool I'm already looking to book again in September. We did self-catering and didn't eat at the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around.

We spent a wk 9/4/24 to 16/9/24 at this hotel and was very disappointed overall,the cleaners were meant to clean our room on a daily basis, we never saw them once during our trip ,our room also had cockroaches running around and after reporting this to reception nothing was done ,we just had to make sure no food was left out anywhere,and I spent time on a night killing as many as I could,we even had to get our own clean towels,we stayed half board and the food wasn’t good either,weather fantastic but glad to get home is something that I never thought I’d ever say .

On arrival I was shocked to see the hotel had no name outside or some sort of sign. The two women at reception were very rude & abrupt. I wasn't given the original pool view room I paid for, I was told the hotel was 'fully booked'. Room 119 I was told was 'quiet' & 'better'.. it was FAR from that. It's directly outside a bar on the main road, with 2 young children unable to sleep until past midnight due to the noise. Food was basic holiday buffet, nothing 5*. The room itself wasn't 'spotless' like I read on other reviews, I should've listened to the bad reviews. From the usual holiday bathroom stench, to bits of rubbish on the floor. Our room wasn't cleaned AT ALL during our stay. We was given clean towels and bedding to change the bed OURSELVES.. cockroaches, youl find at least 4-5 knocking around if not in your room theyl be on your doorstep. Bar and waiting staff friendly. Receptionist woman, older with slightly blonde curly hair and glasses was sooo rude maybe because I'm the wrong colour (African). She was abrupt, not welcoming, not very nice customer service manners. I wouldn't go back if you paid me.. SEE YOU NEVER!!!! Absolute dump. I made the mistake of ignoring the bad comments, learn from me!!!!!

I never write reviews but after an amazing 7 nights in this hotel I had to. It Was one of the best holidays I’ve had in a long time, everything was immaculate, all staff lovely and friendly, great location for a nice walk to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants. Animation team are the best, I think they’re definitely one of the reasons it was the best holiday. My 3 year old had the best time, Luigi, Julia and Maria go above and beyond for all the kids and the adults to make sure we all have a nice, fun time, can’t wait to come back in June. Make sure the animation team get to see this so they know they make a difference to everyone’s holidays, love the besties

Last time I stayed was February 2020 and I have recently returned. I asked via email to the hotel for a room in a certain area away from the pool and noisy plaza where the entertainment is on during the evenings and I was given room 122, it was perfect , on the boundary size opposite Caybeach we had a large patio and tidy garden to look at. No complaints the shower was amazing, beds comfy, towels changed nearly every clean. No cockroaches or ants in the room. We used the heated pool everyday to cool off in that was very pleasant, the other pool was too cold for me but I’m a big softie! Plenty of sunbeds. Be careful the wet floor around the pool is slippy. The Irish bar is no more, totally transformed into a bright, modern bar, the chairs are not comfortable to sit on they have rope wrapped around the whole structure even on the arms so you end up with marks on your back and arms from the rope, they look the part but definitely not comfortable On one occasion a staff member during the day was handing over to her colleague I stood there waiting for about 3-4 mins while the young dark haired girl seems to be having a serious chat with her blond colleague and myself and others were just ignored and made to wait while they carried on talking (not good customer service there) Didn’t eat there heard from others on AI that it wasn’t that great Shop onsite has the basics Didn’t stay on an evening went out to local bars and restaurants which are less than five mins away highly recommend Lin’s and Goose and Firkin, also Net cafe and Studs bar, good priced venues Definitely will return again all in all was a great holiday

The entertainment team is fantastic, Luigi, Maria and Giulia definitely make the kids and parents holiday. Plenty of entertainment during the day for both kids and adults, then mini-disco each night followed by family friendly entertainment. Luigi is a retired professional dancer so the group dancing with the team each night is fantastic. We went all inclusive, plenty to eat, plenty to drink, never went hungry. Close to shops, restaurants and about 5 minutes from beach and crazy golf. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Showers are powerful with plenty of hot water. Recommend Cicar if you need a hire car, flawless service. Great holiday, would recommend.

Having just returned from a 10 night, all inclusive stay at this hotel, with my wife and daughter, I was really surprised on what I was presented with. The hotel on arrival looked impressive, on entering, the place was immaculate. Whilst checking-in, all I could hear was the entertainment, and I knew I had picked the right hotel, with my little girl was itching to go and view. The reception team were welcoming, polite, professional and quick checking us in. I would like to thank Stephanie, for her professionalism, regarding a query that I had regarding extra towels for the room. Our room was situated at the rear of the complex, 2 min walk to the kids swimming pool. The room itself was large and clean on arrival. If I have to be picky, as the island is known for its wind, on windy nights, the howling wind was a nuisance, but nothing a pair of ear plugs can’t resolve. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was large clean with a walk-in shower. The pool area is big, and consisted of a baby pool and play area, a kids heated pool, and a larger pool (not heated). Loads of sun beds, which I heard people moan, that all the beds are taken by 07:15. That is rubbish, I’m an early bird, yes I come down and claim my beds, but I stay there. Beds are usually starting to be reserved by 8am, as breakfast starts at 8am. This is frustrating, and this happens at most hotels around the world. The pool entertainment starts at 10am, and is lead by “I love my job” Luigi, and his team Giulia, and new girl Maria. Wow wow wow, what energy they have. They have the interests of everyone within that complex. From kids club in the morning/afternoon, kids mini disco everyday (except Saturday (they have a day off, it’s allowed)), to adult activities around the pool (waterpolo, aqua-gym, darts, French-bowls). The kids favourite was running the carpet. The energy these guys put into their work is amazing, and Luigi told me, himself and his team are always looking at improvements and welcome feedback. My daughter wouldn’t have enjoyed this holiday without these guys. Monday dinner time just isn’t the same, unless you attend Sangria tasting session. Made homemade by Luigi and team, Ooh La La it was the best I’ve ever had. In fact it was that good, I managed to get 3 glasses, on both occasions of attending. Just remember - “Don’t be lazy, be crazy”. I didn’t get time to say goodbye to these guys, my only regret. Pool bar staff, waiters and waitresses again are welcoming. They will go out off there ways to help you. Food was good for a 3-star hotel. I don’t think you will starve. My main issue, some days the food was labelled, but most days it wasn’t. If you suffer with food allergies, you might want to check first. Another issue I had was, when food ran out, the chefs were not in a hurry to replace. The coffee machines need updating as it could take at least 2 attempts to fill a small cup. Personally, I would have liked to see more coffee/tea machines around the hotel, as, a

Brilliant hotel. Everyone makes your stay so enjoyable. Luigi especially was brilliant. He went above and beyond to make sure we had so much fun, he got us involved in all of the activities and made sure they was great fun. Both Luigi and Julia are excellent, they do so much for the children to make sure they have lots of fun and always put a smile on their faces. The bar staff also were amazing, they always served you with polite and great customer service, always smiling. The entertainment team were brilliant, it really made the holiday. It would not of been the same without them.
