The gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful. The hotel and our room was clean. The lobby, halls, as well as our room smelt clean. No stale smoke smelling. Hotel is non-smoking which was a bonus. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side but was not an issue for my spouse and myself.

When I first got into my room the deadbolt would not lock. Front desk sent maintenance man. He fixed it immediately but then he noticed something was wrong with the bathroom sink so he called management and told them I needed a different room. They very promptly came to my room, ask for approval of the next room then helped me move to the new room! Excellent Service!!!

Me came to my car and took my luggage out of the trunk and put it in my room. I did not ask him to do this. I am a senior citizen I really appreciated that .I was so tired from being in the hospital all day with my family member.

Ok hotel, not as clean as it could be and a little in need of renovation (carpeting, doors etc). Usually if we stay in a hotel or this caliber the price is a bit less. It wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible. Breakfast was substandard.

Everything was great! A new guy was training and he was doing good. Rooms were clean. Everybody was friendly.
Only problem I ran into was the sink didn’t run hot water.

Horrible sound in walls, changed room. Next room started same noise around 11 at night when asleep. Turned out to be the refrigerator.
Bubbling / gurgling sound, very annoying. Breakfast was steamed biscuits and boiled gravy from a crockpot. No meat no eggs.
Watered down 2% milk. Continental breakfast might have been better. Will not go generic hotel again.
