Brilliant service from talented multi-lingual staff. Clean beach with all areas including pools and grounds well maintained. Food and drink more than plentiful.

This is the best resort I have ever stayed in. All the staff go above and beyond to meet all your needs. The resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Most staff can speak English and the ones that can't still help regardless. There is a lot of food choice, not the same everyday. The quality of the food and the care they take in presenting shows how much effort has been put into making your experience the best possible. Stayed in a Superior Queen room with a garden view, the room was very spacious and very comfortable. The garden and all areas around the resort are beautifully maintained. Plenty of activites going on daily, there is something for everyone. Staff don't expect a tip but when given they accept humbily. You receive the same attention whether you tip or not. I would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for some winter sun and a place to relax and re-charge.

A fantastic hotel with superb staff and food. Nothing is any trouble. It's handy to have a pen & a photograph of your passports on your phone/tablet, the details are needed to complete the Egypt landing cards, these are usually handed out on the flight an hour or so before landing. No visa charge is payable unless your travelling out of Sharm or staying more than 15 days! USA dollars are best value for Visas because its £25, $25 or €25. We used Sharm Travel Club private transfers £20 return, they are even cheaper if booked via *********** The food is plentiful and of a variety that you won't struggle to find something you like, Salads, Veg food, and sound, burgers, meats, all served piping hot and cooked as you like by the many chefs. Bottled water is replenished daily in your room, along with quality tea bags and Nescafe coffee satchets. There is a kettle in the room and hairdryer affixed to the wall in the bathroom. There is a free lockable safe in your wardrobe. Along with a limited amount of hangers, I usually take 6 more hangers. USA $1 notes are best for tips as coins are accepted but are a pain for the staff to exchange. The room TV is good with a few English channels and the WiFi is good throughout. The main bar closes at midnight and the nightly entertainment finishes around 11pm so there is no problem with noise, the late pub bar down by the beach is open til around 1am and I think aloholic drinks are chargeable after midnight. Special thank you to Mr Ali the hotel manager & the immaculate Mr Yousef guest relations who are always about to help with anything. Mr Osama, Mr Sayed & Mr Sameh who run the bars and restaurants, they ensure your plates are full and your glass never empty. The local Stella draft beer is fine as are the local Gin and other spirits, nothing to stop you buying a bottle of your favourite tipple at duty free and have it on hand in your room if needed to add abit more flavour! Mr Ahmed runs the fabulous reception team and if you need anything from local knowledge or advice they can assist with taxis ect, thanks Mr Farouk. Lastly our room was kept tip top by Mr Mohammed, fun daily towel shapes and all amenities replenished without fuss and always a smile. Thank you everyone and see you all again soon. Stay safe.

The hotel and the private beach are very beautiful and well maintained. Youssef (guest relations), Mohamed Mesbah, Ayman Salah, Hassan El Gendy, Islam Badr at the beach and Atef Said, Osama Mahgoub, Sameh, Sami Halawa, Mohammed Ali, Youssef Bassouny, Mohamed Arafa at the bars/restaurants are always there and go above and beyond for the guests. This was our 12th visit and we will be back.

2nd visit this year and as always it did not disappoint. My main loves about this place: The Staff, they can't not do enough for you, they are polite, kind, caring and most of all professional. The pool bar: You will never get a more attentive waiter, never am I without a drink and if I am once requested it's there within a minute. The pool is amazing, clean, sunbeds and umbrellas at the ready. Food: Massive foodie here, the buffets are exactly that a buffet, there is plenty of choice of food, hot, refreshed consistently and the service is spot on. The beach bar - absolutely has my heart, this is the place for lunch, with a good selection of food and desert ❤️ there is nothing more I can wish for, sat watching the ocean in a calm place enjoying freshly made food at a 5 star standard. Now comes the Al a Cartes, Ali Baba and Italian...... they are as it says in the title Al a Carte, choice of food plentiful, service impeccable, wait time as to be expected for freshly cooked foods. You won't find food like that in many other all inclusive in Egypt as with the beach bar 5 star no questions asked. Rooms: absolutely spot on for what you use them for, no problem at all, clean, tidy, well equipped and serviced daily and well as pool towels changed daily. Entertainment: Tbh I'm not that bothered by this, the singers could be a little interesting 🤔 the one thing I find strange is 2 acts on at the same time, one on the terrace and one in Arena, but this didn't bother us at all we sat where we decided and enjoyed our evening after a long hard day of relaxing. The staff make this place the best around!

Great place with great service, you will definitely love it! The best sandy beach near old town - clean and not windy.

Want to leave a totally honest review and to be honest I've put off doing so because the staff are so good and work so hard . We wanted to recharge after an awful winter so adults only and quiet sounded like heaven . However after two weeks we were ready to go home . The food is very good but I was poorly and couldn't eat a lot of what was on offer. Not the hotels fault and the pharmacist was excellent. As always with All Inclusive though it got repetitive toward the end. Ali Baba restaurant was fantastic. The Italian was good but the pizzas were very poor . The red wine was really rough. Spirits were good but the mixers were often flat which made them unpalatable. Surprisingly, it was relatively easy to get a sunbed by the pool but we went for the sea and had to be up at 6am to get the very last of the sunbeds as they were all reserved. Given that I was ill and up and down to the loo all night, getting up at this time had a big impact on our holiday. There are signs everywhere saying its forbidden to reserve beds but every morning we walked past a full beach of empty sunbeds with towels on them. The beach and sea are wonderful and we booked trips through the on beach diving seller. He was very honest and the trips were the best we've ever done on holiday . (Although the TUI rep was most put out that we hadn't booked via him and paid more). The Old Town is literally on the doorstep and was well worth a visit but bear in mind the restaurants are all "dry", there is no entertainment and there are obviously no bars. The entertainment in the hotel bar was very poor. Usually it was a solo or duet singing to backing tapes. Very much "easy listening" and not necessarily in tune. However, the hotel is spotless and the staff are exemplary . We would return but probably only for 1 week and we would book trips outside of the hotel to break up the stay. All in all a relaxing holiday in a very friendly and clean hotel but having to worry about getting a bed on the beach every day put a downer on it.

I have visited Egypt 28 times and this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I’m 64 years old and traveled by myself and I felt totally safe at all times. The staff are amazing, so kind and thoughtful, the hotel is so clean and the food is fresh and excellent. I would just like to say a really BIG THANK YOU to everyone who works there… you do a fantastic job and it was very much appreciated.
