This hotel is a true hidden gem minutes away from busy Dubai. At first you may wonder why to go to Sharjah, but the Chedi Al Bait is a destination on its own. The minute you walk in, you are being greeted by “Welcome home”, the English translation of “Al Bait”. It’s true the place felt like home as if I had arrived in my family after a long journey in the hot weather of the arabian peninsula. Here I found a calm, authentic, extremely beautiful & well kept property to rest and enjoy days of pure luxury. Because of the hot June weather I was lucky enough to be one of the few guests at the hotel. I felt like a true Sultan wandering around the maze of my property and there was not a minute I was not being pampered by the whole team. During the day, the walls of the property have a contemporary desert feeling. At night the lighting made it looked like the Palace of the Arabian Nights. I enjoyed the fact that all the doors of the property were left open for you to explore and decide to sit to contemplate or simply relax. Their library/museum was a nice surprise worth a quick tour! The suite I stayed for 3 nights was just perfect. Plenty of space, huge bath room with 5 star amenities. I loved the Acqua di Parma toiletries!! The huge bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I stayed in their “deluxe” rooms which for me felt super luxury. I can’t imagine how their higher category suites could even be better than what I had. Meals, breakfasts, drinks at their cafe were all of good quality. I highly recommend their Afternoon Tea Time which is a show on its own with all that nitrogen gas. Gym, Sauna and Steam room were all of the best quality! In short, I had at the Chedi the best time in the UAE and I could not recommend it enough to anyone who is appreciative of quality, discreet luxury and comfort! Special mention and warm thank you to the Team at the reception but also Sam at the Pool who was the kindest host ever. I was taken care like a real sheikh with always a glass of cold water, my sun bed prepared like I loved and always a few words and a smile to make my stay memorable. I don’t want to leave but I am certain I will visit again. ;) Thank you the Chedi Team 🙌🏼

Rest at the Al Hamra Hotel from 8 to 14 March 2020. Residents without deposit and money extortion, all honestly, politely Say that we enjoyed living in this hotel - not to say anything. Hotel without deposit, settled us in five minutes, gave a great 710 room. Staff is beautiful, no hint of hammock, always help, tell, show. Cleaning every day. Every day, they gave an individual set: shampoo, hygiene packets, shower gel, hairdress, toothbrush, toothpaste, vattock and discs, shower hat, toilet paper and loose. Every day they left two bottles of water for 0.5 litres. There was a sewing set in the room, a spoon for shoes, a sponge for the cleaning of shoes. Everything is chic. If you get mad - I will say that the safe didn't work. No one on the bags crawled, didn't try to extort the tips (though the maids deserve them, of course). The door opens at the hotel entrance. A little, but pleasant) Very beautiful lobby, pleasant smell, cleanliness and beauty. Thank you to all the staff! Thank you very much to the maid, the girls working on the resepna and the girl, as well as all the staff of the restaurant! Free dinner exchange for lunch We had NV food - breakfast and dinners that we changed easily depending on the time of the tour. Very convenient schedule. People from other hotels skipped their dinners and remained hungry, and here everything was done for the convenience of guests. Hotel is not bad! Yes, not new! And worth, your money. Breakfast is worthy! Rats, have not seen or heard. Room cleaning every day. Bed and towel change every day. Bed is clean! The people write that towel needs to be asked. Yes, it is. 3 days lived, after cleaning put 1 towel, although we are 2 and take 2 towels. Get down to the recession, please one more. Without the prole, in 5 minutes they bring. Wi-Fi is negligible, but for 2 days. We need to go down for a new password every 2 days. For us this is not a problem. In central streets in cafes and restaurants, prices range from 20 to 40 dirham per portion. Between the yards are 2 times cheaper. Don't be afraid, local, sit down at the table and order. They can cook personally, not acute food, but it will be necessary to wait 10-15 minutes. They can put ready, but acute and immediately. The price for the dish is not changed. The location of the hotel for us is acceptable, up to water 2 to 3 km. Taxi and buses have not been canceled. We, at 50, walk easily to the beach and back. 1 time by bus and 1 time by taxi. I stayed in this Hotel during a visit to Dubai last year. The room was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The room and services exceeded my expectations in every way. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. After I lost my phone and cards on the second day of my visit, the manager went well out of his way to help me get in touch with friends and family and get through the rest of my visit safely. I was blown away by the hospitality and kindness shown to me. 100% recommend this hotel.

Состояние отеля на троечку так же как и звёзд, отель не новый тоже видать стареет вместе с хозяином , на ресепшене не плохо бы сделать химчистку мягкой мебели , кормят хорошо и вкусно , даже нам больше понравилось чем в других четверках и пятёрках . В связи с повышением цен на путёвки мы в этот раз решили попытать судьбу и выбирать дешёвый отель но В целом мы ни сколько не разочаровалась в выборе данного отеля , мы полностью довольны всем учитывая стоимость.

First we arrived and came to receptionist she told to wait without caring anything after 15 mins she always checked out other guests ignored us that waited for check in every time we ask she always said 1 minute. And after we checked in room wasn’t ready. We had to wait 1.30 hrs to get the room. Moreover we booked for king bed they gave us twin bed and offered to join the bed so we agreed but when we went to the room. No one did anything we had to tell reception again to follow up. We waited for long time every service was so slow have to call at least 2-3 times. Unfortunately, in the bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling we had to waited long time to fix and clean it. After they fixed it leakage again i don’t know how they fix. We tried to call them already .1 night enough for this hotel no more!! Bad service low quality. Staffs service like we ask the room for free and manager can’t do anything useless!!

Good morning! I write my review. The hotel pool only works Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Cleaning needs to be requested . As for the dining room, it's something terrible at all. I wanted to take another chicken,...besides beans and beans no more, the worker ran to me with big emitted eyes and began to noisyly explain that I couldn't take any more. It was very unpleasant and humiliating. Paying the money is also humiliating. I'm here for the second time in this hotel but it just never happened. If anyone has my information to help, I'll be glad to help
