An old hotel, newly renovated inside, good location, with a big shopping mall behind it. The hotel is not far from Zhongshan Park and Shantou Museum. Thanks to the lobby manager Ge for his enthusiastic introduction to Shantou and the surrounding attractions and food, and for providing the order and map of nearby attractions. The young girl with specs at the reception was friendly. She extended our checkout to 2pm. Overall this is a decent hotel that is near to many food options and spots we wanted to visit. Laundry room at level 6 is great for summer travel.

I checked into room 504 of the hotel on January 23, 2025. The hotel facilities are complete and comfortable. The room is quiet, clean, comfortable and warm. The hot water network is very powerful, and the disposable toilet mats, bath towels and cups are safe, hygienic and distinctive. The breakfast is rich in variety, nutritious and healthy! The service attitude of the front desk and restaurant room service staff is very good and their professional quality is high! The location of the hotel is very advantageous. There is a bus stop at the door. There are more than ten buses to various attractions and Shantou High-speed Railway Station. It is so convenient! There are many shopping and dining shops around. Full marks, highly recommended for friends who go to Shantou to stay!

酒店在一棟商業樓裏，攜程上顯示大堂在6樓，實際上是在7樓。6樓叫吉星旅館，差了一個字，裝修明顯低很多。我們訂的套房房型是7樓唯一一套，空間足夠一家四口，有張餐桌和4把靠椅正好可以打打撲克牌。酒店沒有自己的停車場，開車到達樓下後電話前台，引導我們先靠路邊臨時停車，拿上行李上7樓前台辦理入住後，再添加賓館老闆微信號，由她先發了個附近的停車位置定位，後來索性上車帶着司機去停車了。次日退房後直接開車離開即可，的確是免費停車。前台小帥哥很敬業，服務周到有求必應，點贊！地理位置方面，門口的高架橋正在修路未通車，晚上也很安靜。另外，賓館就在春梅里鵝肉店斜對面，步行三分鐘就能吃到心心念念好久的粉肝，而且比龍眼路上的鵝店實惠，對於我家這種自駕路過汕頭歇一腳就為吃這口的旅客是再好不過了！

We highly recommend Shantou International Hotel. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel room has all the modern and necessary amenities. No need to bring adaptor and there is plenty USB ports. The hotel itself has many restaurants providing quality and variety. We dine at the Taichi dim sum restaurant...very nice. Hotel is 15mins from Shantou Railway station, making it convenient for those coming from high speed rail. It is within walking distance from Longyan food street and major shopping centres ie Mixc and Sunning. It is also near to tourist attractions. Most of all, we are so impressed with the staff. They are professional, proactive, helpful and warm. This is consistent throughout all levels of the staff. The reception staff even come out of the counter to help us with the Alipay app. Shantou has no subway so very important to be able to use the app to hail taxi. Thank you Shantou international hotel and especially its staff, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable 😀
