The hotel will open in 2023. The room layout is simple and elegant with no odor, and the electronic control equipment is very user-friendly. The hotel rooms are located on the 28th-38th floors, which are very high and offer a sweeping view of Shantou. I stayed in a room with a sea and land view on the west side. I could see the sea during the day, the sunset at dusk, and the city sightseeing at night. I could even soak in the bath and enjoy all the beautiful scenery. It was awesome. For having such a wonderful experience, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Brother Jianqi who helped me check in (I'm sorry I didn't ask for his name at the time, I only found out after asking Ms. Yeli later) for carefully selecting this room for me and bringing me I'm a lot of surprises. So I originally wanted to stay one night to try it out, but the experience was so good that I decided to stay here for the next days. The beautiful lady Yeli handled the renewal process. Not only did she patiently handle the renewal procedures (the surprises are still there), she also recommended local restaurants and tourist attractions to me in her spare time, which was of great help to me during the next two days. , thank you very much. The two front desk staff, 彤彤 and 小 珊, truly made us feel safe and hassle-free during our stay. 彤彤 was incredibly patient, guiding us on how to use Alipay and WeChat to book taxis, make payments for food delivery, and even have food sent to our room. 小 珊 took the time to explain and recommend excellent local dining options around the hotel. My husband and I are genuinely grateful for their sincere assistance during our three-night stay. The hotel room was spacious and clean. I particularly appreciated the tea set and the complimentary tea samples that allowed us to enjoy a cup of tea in the room. Every wake up in the morning We can see sunshine, sea and downtown traffic. AC and water heater were working well. Projector TV can be a movie entertainment in the evening. The digital door lock make it safer. One thing that can be improved is the bed hardness. Softer bed layer may be better for better quality sleep.
