The check-in service was spot on, professional and kind. The problem I had is the smell of cigarettes in the room that just can’t be removed, and that made my stay a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was good.

A really bad hotel! The first time I went to Dingdong, I thought the quality of the hotel under the group would be similar to that of a certain hotel. Who knew it was completely different? It was not as good as the ordinary hotel I had in Chaozhou! Even selling it at this price of 80 is too expensive for me! Points to complain about:
⚠️Complaint point 1. When we arrived at the store, we were informed that we could only stay on the second floor. The tone of the front desk was average. The room number given on the room card was inconsistent with the room number we were staying in. However, the enthusiastic cleaning lady helped us find it and verified it at the front desk. Thank you to the cleaning lady;
⚠️Comment point 2: The room was dark and damp, and the sheets had a hole in them (forgot to take pictures)
