Awesome host. two stories are very good if you want to work during the stay. The bathroom on second floor is a bit small FYI.

💡[民宿給我的小驚喜] 隱居感... 夏天來應該挺涼爽 非常乾淨 非常有人情味兒
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提] 倆廁所 牛波一 沙發床有點窄 要是情侶來吵架的話 大漢單獨一個沙發床會讓你的心更冷 （額外有一個沙發 但拼起來舒適度差強人意）上下樓梯對大漢來説有點窄 要考慮好
🏖[入住期間我去過的景點有] 小公園 本民宿三樓天台（走的時候三樓的門忘了關了好像..）身法好的可以上去轉轉

我帶着老婆和小孩一起來玩，最後被告知加人了要加錢。不過這些怪自己沒看清楚，房東寫得很清楚，因為以前住過那麼多民宿從未試過要加我錢，畢竟一家人不可能分開住。然後民宿還算可以，位置近小公園，最大的問題是下雨時洗手間裏面滴水而且是比較嚴重的。

超出預期的方便與舒適！目前住過的 生活設施最齊全的一家，雖然用不上 但是體驗感受非常好 ！床墊軟但彈性很好 ，還是很有支撐力。枕頭是羽絨的 ，側躺手放在枕頭下一點也不壓不麻 。停車方便，多停兩天也給免單了，謝謝老闆！！！忘記拍照了！用下老闆檢查衞生時給我發的照片吧～ 門口還有個mini自動販賣機，超可愛。再次謝謝老闆。以後來這邊還住你們家。🫶🏻

感覺總體還不錯的，小小的建議：部分木質傢俱有發黴的情況，建議更換成非木質的好些；密碼鎖有點難開

整體還可以
位置不算太近小公園但是能接受的距離 公交車站還算近。比較安靜 然後也能體驗一下當地居民的生活
房子比較老 所以跟其他房子的間距會有點近 二樓可以拉上窗簾保護私隱
最滿意的地方：這是一個兩層的樓 一樓可以辦公寫旅行計劃什麼的 然後一樓還有一個蹲廁這個這的是太好
不太滿意的點：一樓的門鎖看上去不太牢固的樣子 雖然有兩個鎖但是是玻璃門且沒有窗簾什麼的 比較沒有安全感我晚上還在門前放了三張凳子……女生出行的話真的會有點害怕
第二就是樓梯真的很窄我們長得又胖 還要提箱子上樓着實想哭 沒有扶手
吹風筒是壞的一打開有燒焦的味道
進來的時候還挺多蚊子的 但是用了那個滅蚊的片就好些晚上睡覺沒什麼
但是東西有點不知道在哪 建議房主寫一下tips告知每個東西在哪裡
房東回覆還是很及時的 態度也很好 整體還是不錯的

沉浸式體驗老房子，雖不奢華但安靜又舒適。發現一台復古的敲字機器，很有意思！一次很有特色的民宿體驗。下樓就是騎樓，根據房東提供的小紅書旅遊路線和美食推薦打卡景點，吃吃逛逛，太省心了，下次還要再來玩。

房東很耐心，提供了很多攻略，房子位置在一個老巷子中，很有生活的氣息，離小公園衹需要五到十分鐘，附近也有很多本地的飲食，都很棒。房子有兩層外加一個天台，屋內裝修不錯，設施略顯時代感，開窗就是對面的老民居，隔音略差但是怎麼説呢，也很有生活氣息吧…晚上能聽到對面的人家開始做飯，聽到長者家在巷子裏乘涼、聊天。總體很不錯，沉浸式體驗老汕頭生活。
