The hotel was excellently located closed to many food streets downtown. The service from the front desk and service staff was vivid and pleasant. Their breakfast was so quite good value. The room was also good sized. They had a gym and also clothes washing and drying facilities which is very convenient. However, the hotel room and corridors had done strange odour like toilet water. That was not so pleasant. Overall good experience for my first trip to Shantou. However

The very best of understanding and supporting hotel ever! We're so impressed with service. We're on badly situation 26 JUL 2024 effected to 27 JUL 2024 (booking and check in date). Hotel's staffs seem know and understand the situation we have been at Chaozhou. They speak Teochew with my dad and give very warm welcome to us. Offer called taxi (Didi) and advance pay for us on round trip going anywhere. Best staffs hotel ever! 26 arrived at Chaozhou on 15:15 heavy rain! (Me and my mom & dad (both 78ys) can't walk to hotel (2 km away). Hire taxi by Didi, on queues! 3 hours; taxi still on queue and heavy rain. The water level rises! Citi gets flood! We stucked at airport bus drop off. Electricity went off. Everywhere getting dark except than street because street light on. Water stop to raise up at thigh deep. We have been on these situation all night with few breads and drinking water. 4 AM situation getting better, water at knee deep. 5 AM water at shin deep. 6 AM water at ankle deep. We found taxi so we hire taxi go to Yibisi in Shantou Small Park (reserve to stay here 2 nights).

Shantou, here I come again. We took a bus from Shantou Station to Pingxidi Station. The three of us chartered a bus and took the bus for 10 stops from start to finish. It took about half an hour to get there. It only cost 2 yuan per person. It couldn't be more cost-effective. A few streets across from the station is Zhenbang Food Street. The B&B is at the entrance of the food street. It is very close to Xidi Park, Square Ferry, Shibaotai Park and other attractions, not to mention the small park, which is just a few blocks away. The room is clean and hygienic, and the service is responsive. The disadvantage is that the room is a bit small. The bathroom and shower room share the same door. There is no place to put clothes in the shower room. You can only get dressed when you go out of the room. It would be a bit embarrassing for friends to stay in the same room when traveling. The shared electric vehicles on the roadside are convenient for going anywhere. You can also ride them to Vientiane City, Longyan Road and other places, and enjoy the city scenery of Shantou along the way. The Internet celebrity Three Sisters' rice rolls had a long queue, so we didn't waste time there. Any breakfast shop on the roadside was also delicious. I was amazed by the steamed noodles and beef sausages. The price was slightly more expensive than the ones in Shunde, but Consumption in tourist cities is also acceptable. I’ve been to almost all the attractions in the old town. I can’t finish eating, I can’t finish eating, and I can’t finish shopping.
