Lavande Hotel

The hotel's hardware facilities are very old. I have never seen such a broken elevator. I originally stayed in 1111. As soon as I entered, it smelled of cigarette smoke. The room facilities were very old. I later changed to 1209, which was said to be unoccupied the night before. There were signs on the sheets. Nail, that is, someone checked in without changing the new sheets. The room does not have any sound insulation. At 7 o'clock in the morning, you can completely hear the sounds outside, including what is being said and what is being sung.

It's average, a bit old, but overall it's OK to sleep in. I stayed in a sea view room because I wanted to see the sea view, but some parts of the windows were invisible. Overall, it was just okay.

It was really shabby and the hygiene was very poor. The room we were given was smelly and had garbage on the floor. Later, we changed to another room, which was slightly better, but it was still shabby.

Overall it's pretty good, but the elevator hygiene is very poor. The room was great, I was given a sea view room and it was very comfortable. The bed is moderately soft and firm. The food nearby is really delicious and so cheap!

The room is small, the equipment is poor, the service is poor, the breakfast is poor... in short, the experience is very poor. Can you bear the fact that the hair dryer blows for a few seconds and then needs to be stopped for a few minutes before using it again? Breakfast can be said to be very chilly. When I checked out, it was raining heavily outside. I asked the security guard several times if he could borrow an umbrella. He was sitting in the lobby smoking a cigarette and didn't bother you at all. The front desk staff also followed each other. He behaves like you owe him money. It feels like this is the service of an express hotel with the Lavande brand. Wall cracks are not recommended...

I'm very satisfied with the room. The curtains open automatically as soon as you enter the door, and the sea view suddenly appears in front of you. The shampoo smells great! It’s just that the breakfast is too basic. For a hotel in Shantou, breakfast shouldn’t be like this. Lavande is a national chain, so I still give it a full five points, but I still hope the breakfast can be improved!

This hotel is basically as described and has everything it needs. However, it looked a bit old. On the first day of check-in, engineers suddenly knocked on the door to repair the toilet seat. I was shocked. It must have been because I had reported for repairs before. Mainly because I had just arrived at the hotel and was taking a nap to adjust. It was really not good to be woken up. It looks like there is a small refrigerator, but it is not cooling. There is no air conditioning after one night. Maybe I don't know how to open it. Because I only stayed for one night, I didn’t have to go to the guest room to deal with it.

避雷！！！真的別住！我住了那麼多年酒店！以前也在別的城市住過麗楓，都很好！！其他的麗楓都是乾乾淨淨，薰衣草味道香香的，這家太踩雷了！！設施老舊就算了，走廊和房間都是一股子黴味，最最重要的是！！巨吵！！窗户毫無隔音可言！外面掛了空調外機，樓下車聲超級大，還有輪船的聲音，吵得根本睡不着！！我用分貝軟件測了，一晚上都是40-50分貝左右，真的，睡眠不好的別住！打電話問前台想換房，説太吵了睡不着，前台説沒房了，就啥也不管了。我衹能自認倒黴，半夜12點過，收拾東西出門去別的酒店睡覺。第二天11點過就催着你退房，12點前一定要你退房。誰來誰是大冤種！將近500一晚的海景房就這種質量，我的美好假期，就這樣子心情都搞壞了！
