五一帶孩子出行選的這家，離熊貓館非常近，過了馬路步行5分鐘就是，非常方便！高鐵站門口坐大巴車直接到酒店門口，5元1位，離森林温泉也很近，步行10分鐘。老闆人非常nice，因為酒店暫時開不了早餐，給我們準備了備餐；前台小美女很熱心，擔心我們玩得太久趕不上車，特意幫我們拿行李等着我們，還介紹了好玩的地方。總之，非常滿意的一次出行，感受到了亞布力人民的熱情好客！

老闆態度還行，但是硬件設施跟不上，廁所返水，礦泉水需要給錢（衹提供兩瓶免費的），一次比較差的體驗不值那個價格。

酒店硬件是有點陳舊，前台大姐態度和藹，説不上熱情，就是生硬了點。沒事沒事！但管家服務是真的好呀，管接送，又主動送水，領着玩潑水成冰！住一二晚完全沒問題。主要是玩得舒心，細節全能忽略！

老闆服務特別周到，提前一天就聯繫我，詢問抵達車次，還在我到達之前提前幫忙把房間調整到最佳狀態，一進屋就特別暖和，還親自開車來接，因為下了小雪，怕我們上不去，提前聯繫我們，還親自跟請來的人一起清理路面，這就是大家説的有人情味的老闆吧，酒店也很乾凈，洗漱用品也蠻全，最後祝老闆生意興隆哦☺️
