The service was good - The manager helped us the very next day to Pudacuo as him as the driver. The hotel room was insanely cold - and the heater could not help us heat up the room. Bit useless.

白水台比較小眾的景點人不多，酒店乾淨清爽空間大，小哥幫忙叫的去香格里拉的7座小車早上8點的車比較忽忙遺忘了一個小包在酒店，是小哥主動打電話通知我忘了一個小包，後來經過聯繫下午另一班司機幫忙我的小包帶到香格里拉酒店，真的是不勝感激！

香格里拉之行住過的最滿意的酒店，衞生乾淨，服務熱情，價格又實惠，位置真是太好了，車子就停在窗子下不用搬行李，差什麼走兩步就到車上拿了，吃飯就在一樓，晚上睡覺很安凈

地理位置優越。房後就是上山的馬道。設施還不錯，雖説沒有24小時熱水，但早晚用還是有的。
可能是淡季，住宿接待都沒人，衹來了個小男導購，拍了我們身份證把房卡給我們。因為有些高反，讓他幫忙把箱子拿到2層，開口要錢才能搬，還是第一次碰到，有些震驚。不過最終他哥幫忙把箱子搬了上去

酒店挺好，方便舒適，樓下就可以吃飯，但是景區管理很差，進景區很多馬，給遊客騎的，路上馬糞很多，蒼蠅蚊蟲很多，白瞎了這麼好的景色
