Nothing could be worse than this. The hygiene was unclean, the slippers prepared were extremely dirty, and there were not even disposable slippers. 房間比我想象中大得多，房內的地面很乾脆，本人最討厭的地毯（即便是有檔次的，羣人住過必有百種味 ……即使AL來也清除不了，所以我凡見毯的回頭就找另一家）。電視機挺大而且完美地按裝上牆（見照片）看上去很舒服，室內的明照明是我住過最合理使用最方便且的，特別是開關（見照片）非常人性化，特別是對個長者，一般進酒店搞不明開關如何對號入位。這家很明確，一目瞭然。大屏幕電視很清，使用也方便,還有多種可便用充電器。旅館外出十分之方便，近處就有公交車，有直達上饒火車站的公文19,18路，到各景點各位衹要稍加網上查一下就可達。我到上饒點第一次，主要看博物館（相當大的建築）和其他有歷史性景區。旅館外找吃的店鋪那真是不知去哪家好了。店家是兩位年輕人，很熱情且有禮貌對長者相當敬重，以禮相待。本人從沒住過創e家酒店，也是偶爾在攜程中見羣人好評才下手選的（現在各地旅店太多）。期望店家能持之以恆，以客為本，敬業做一行就把它做得完美。

酒店位置便利，往左步行可到萬達廣場，往右則可到達步行街。房間衞生，光線很好，床品舒服，毛巾厚實，酒店設有洗衣房，可以晾曬衣服。前台小哥態服務到位，不厭其煩，有問必答，推薦大家入住。

位置優越，交通很便利，過一條街出門就可以等公交車了，市中心的主幹道，非常便利。房間乾淨整潔，床墊軟硬適中挺舒服，設施齊全，網速也很快。入住和退房都挺方便，整體感覺很好，推薦入住！
