Huaihai Road Area
It is a relatively cost-effective homestay. It is an old house, but the aunt is very clean and the transportation is very convenient. It is the bus stop when you go out. The Harbin pastry shop is next door. It is a few steps away from the convenience store and the subway station. There are several shopping malls nearby that you can go shopping if you need it. If necessary, you can search for Hualian Supermarket on the map, scan the code and ride a bicycle to the residential area there, some small restaurants, fruit shops and cheap supermarkets. The landlord is also very caring and communicates well.

Clean place, excellent location. The apartment is located in an old building inside a local residential lane. So the surroundings were not overly appealin.

The first time I stayed at a homestay, I met a particularly good one. The house is very new, the furniture and appliances are new, the living room is very large, and there is a steaming oven. You can heat dishes and hot rice, you can cook, but there is no pot, you have to bring your own, and the others are pretty good.

I like to live in such an old-fashioned house, and I can deeply feel the atmosphere of local life for the first time! It's super quiet and sleeps very comfortably! The location is very good, not far from the subway station, and there are many attractions and shopping malls nearby. There is a Guangmingxuan restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. Every day, there are many grandparents in the line to eat! The landlord is very enthusiastic and good at communicating. It is a second time to find it, and it can solve the problem in time! grateful!

✨ [First glance into the room] It is spacious and bright, the room has a good smell of aroma, and the space is fresh, natural and comfortable. 🙋 [For the landlord, I want to say] The landlord is good and responds quickly to the needs. It feels like I am an i person 😂 💡 [Small surprise for me by the homestay] Provide disposable bath towels and slippers, very nice 📍 [For the convenience of the surroundings, I want to say] The transportation is very convenient. There are subways and buses about 600 meters away, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Lao Dachang Bakery is nearby. Nanchang Road, Sinan Road is well built, Shanghai's streets are very clean, very suitable for walking around. 🛏 [Housing facilities, I must mention] The bathroom ventilation fan seems to be stuck, I didn't dare to move, I was afraid that it would break. However, it is good to have a window in the bathroom to open the ventilation. In winter, the Shanghai room is colder than the street, and the air conditioner is turned on for too long at night to affect sleep (I have sleep disorders, it is easier to use electric heating 😄

I was positively surprised by this hotel. I stayed here for two nights during my visit to Shanghai over a weekend. The location is absolutely perfect in the heart of Shanghai, the rooms have a good size with large bathrooms (at least my room did). Cleanliness level was also very high. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here and I would definitely consider to book this hotel again in the future. Check-in procedure for foreign travelers is also smooth.
