The best thing about this hotel were the friendly staff- made such a good change to the usual service level in China. From the parking attendant to the server at breakfast, they were all so nice. Yes, it probably needs some updating (bathrooms) but the room was comfy and clean and the price was really good for what we got. Breakfast had a lot of choice. We will probably stay here next time we are in Shanghai.

The hotel is beautiful, great location , everything you need is within 3km, some walking distance (subway station, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience store) hotel stuff was very welcoming. It very clean and smells good. Really enjoyed the breakfast, was hoping that the swimming pool would be open unfortunately it seasonal cause it outside and it in winter. Will definitely book again we really enjoyed our stay 😊

A modern and comfortable hotel, refurbished and clean both rooms and premises, breakfast was luscious and offered a wide choice. The room service was not obtrusive and very attentive to our requests. Reception desk managers are welcoming and responsive. The swimming pool is rather a ”pond”, a price list for the spa is above the sky. Highly recommend to stay in, meets demands and deserves the reputation

The reason why Shanghai changed to Zunmao in 2023 is not only because of the convenience of doing things, but also because the gym and swimming pool are first-class. This time I finally have time for fitness and swimming. The service was still very good. Two bottles of wine were not used. There was no problem at the front desk. What surprised me was that the manager at the front desk actually recognized me.

It was a very good experience staying at Orange Crystal for the first time. The lady at the front desk checked in very smoothly and communicated well. Extending my stay was also very smooth. I didn’t know that Orange Crystal’s service was so good before. I feel it is more than a lot of five-stars. The room is very clean and smells good. It smells good. Auntie comes to clean Super Ness every day and helps open the windows for ventilation. During the day, it is very comfortable to open the curtains and let the sunlight in. This time it is really impeccable. I will give priority to staying at Orange Crystal next time. Highly recommend for those traveling to Shanghai. Great location and super new amenities and service is top notch.

You can found a variety of ameninites (malls, smalls stores like costa cafe, local business, restaurants, parks, etc.). Is located in a quieter business neighborhood. 👩🏻💻 Staff really helpfully and friendly, everyone I had contact spoke fluent English. 🛏️ Lovely room, bathtub (little small) comfy bed (hot duvet), nice views. If you want to eat something after 9 p.m., buy ahead or ask for shipping, there is a nearby store where you can buy cookies and soft drinks.

Surprised how clean and neat this branch of Hunting hotel is. Close to metro station and easy access to everywhere. They have high end washing machines & dryers that you can wash your clothes. Their 25 yuan breakfast is just too good to be true! Highly recommend you this hotel. I really enjoyed my two nights stay here.

Not far from the skytrain. The hotel is very easy to find. The receptionist service is very good. I can't speak Chinese and English. Therefore, use it to translate language to talk with male employees. The lovely staff chatted with me using translation as well. The room is on the good floor 20. The view is very beautiful. The room is suitable for 1 person. The first night I forgot to turn on the air conditioner. The weather was very cold and made me sleep sick. Haha. On the second night, I turned on the air conditioner and slept comfortably in a warm room. Breakfast is ok. I like the hot milk. The hotel area has both a normal restaurant and a coffee shop.

I was making a normal phone call in the hotel. The hotel said that my neighbor complained that my voice was too loud. I really wasn't yelling, I was just making a normal call on WeChat. I have stayed at the Lan Ou Hotel in Shanghai with my colleagues before, but this time I feel that something has changed. The hotel has an extra coffee shop. The Nova Coffee in Shanghai is quite delicious. Please give it a thumbs up. In addition, the hotel room is very large and the room type has been upgraded for free. The breakfast is also very unique, especially the handmade egg pancakes which are delicious. The facilities in the room are also complete. It is small and intelligent and can control the air conditioning. The highlight is that you can also set the air conditioning temperature and environment than I have gone before. It really improved a lot when I checked out. The front desk also gave me exquisite souvenirs for two or three points. I also had a dedicated customer service to make a return visit to inquire about my check-in experience. I felt really good👍The price/performance ratio is pretty good among the surroundings. Like it⬆️

We really enjoyed our stay here. Although our standard room was a little on the small side, it was cheap and well appointed with lots of nice features. The staff were lovely and the hotel was clean and new. The food was great and the restaurant area was bright. Next to it, there is a business area with two Macs and a printer, a library, a bar and a children's play area. I really couldn't fault anything about this hotel and that is rare. It's quite near Changyi Metro station for Lines 14 and 18 and there's a shopping mall near the station too. You can walk farther past the mall to the river, where there is a nice promenade for an evening stroll. There's also a family mart nextdoor and a spa and Indian restaurant at the end of the street. It's unbelievable what a good find this hotel is. Although it's not a fancy big hotel with a pool, gym, spa and so on, it is great if you just want somewhere cheap and nice to stay. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. We'll definitely be going back for a weekend or two.

After comparing several hotels, I chose Atour at Oriental Pearl among Atour S, Crystal Orange, and other hotels. It’s still two subway stops away from the Oriental Pearl Tower, and because it’s an independent building, you can’t see the Pearl. Haha. The guys and girls at the front desk were very enthusiastic and provided hot water and tea every time I asked about it. The room we stayed in on the first day was noisy, so we changed rooms after communication. I stayed in Shanghai for 2 days and 3 nights. Because 3 of us had a membership, we got breakfast for a few days. The breakfasts in the hotels all tasted pretty much the same, but the toppings in this noodle soup were quite delicious. There are also water and drinks in this small refrigerator, including sugar-free ones. They cater to all groups and ensure 6 bottles of water every day. There is a washing machine and dryer on the second floor, which is free to use. It looks very hygienic. I happened to meet the cleaning lady and she greeted her very warmly. The hotel's air conditioner heats up quickly. It is worth mentioning that I usually bring disposable bedding when traveling in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, mainly because I am afraid of being uncomfortable when sleeping due to moisture, but this hotel is not bad and I did not feel any discomfort. 👍 In summary, if you are struggling with the same price range, you can consider this one.

Location is superb, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel can be further improved. They have a variety of selection for breakfast - please opt for breakfast!! There is a live station and remember to take a look at the menu on the wall. We didnt know that there are more items apart from what was stated on the table. Overall, service is also good - kudos to the chef manning the live station :) would recommend it to other friends but probably not elderly as their toilet tiles can be very slippery and even i almost fell (note: i wasnt wearing any bedroom slippers).
