特別贊 一家三口過來上海出遊 提前預訂了一件大床房 前台小姐姐特別Nice，入住時特別挑選了一間相對大一點的房間。無奈離電梯太遠，而我們帶着孩子行李又超多 不方便，於是跟前台協商，可否換一間近一點的房間。全程前台態度好，也在幫忙想辦法，遇到可能需要加價的情況還諮詢主管，主管更給力，直接幫我們破格升級了電梯旁邊的雙床房，大很多，也方便很多！很贊。過程中遇到的清潔工阿姨也都一個個態度好，服務好，我們整個上海行程都心情很愉快！特別贊！下次過來還入住這家。對了，5樓天台的洗衣機和烘乾機也特別贊哦
