衞生：灰塵很大，呼吸難受。下水道反味，必須關着馬桶蓋和衞生間門才能睡得着。
設施：很陳舊，衣櫃門都拉不開，想掛衣服都困難。
服務：沒有服務，給你辦個入住都不錯了的服務態度。打個前台電話都聽不清説話。
環境：地理位置雖然在挺中心的地方，但附近的一切都太老了。挺不方便的。
如果不是因為有農行面試不會住在這裏的，本想圖方便，現在想想，都不如住別的地方打車來。
