I really haven't encountered such a hotel. I called the front desk at two o'clock and told them that the decoration was very noisy. Then the front desk said to coordinate, but no one replied to me until almost three o'clock, and I couldn't sleep. The noise was around 3:30 It was so annoying, I called the front desk and told me to change the room, and then no one contacted me until after 6 o'clock in the evening.
