Hotel is currently under renovation and sharing with other office lots in the same building therefore expecting many others taking the lift together. Hotel staffs are friendly especially the housekeepers.

本來晚上到酒店看外觀燈光很暗 有點失望了，但已走進大廳 前台小馬服務員熱情服務讓我有賓至如歸的感覺，房間乾淨整潔舒適 讓我的失望煙消雲散了。

非常不滿意，房門開合不順，門是鼓起的，要用力推才行。第二，叫我升級房間，我拒絕了。不知道是不是故意把我安排在空調外機正對的房間。非常吵！第三，一次性拖鞋是封好的但打開，有餅乾碎，自己品吧。第四，洗手枱有熱水但沖涼房沒有。

因為老公經常出差飛，所以選了就近附近，本來家門口桂林公園對面的和頤酒店還算可以的，以前去過無數次，沒想到還是選和頤 這家真心一般 反正想做好酒店，還是好好經營吧 最起碼前台員工接待培訓熟練點，不然顧客為了亮證本地人足足等了快1小時真心無語
