Great hotel to spend one night before the travel. Airport is very close- it took 5 min by taxi to get to Terminal 1

The front lady and her service is the best thing about the hotel. The rooms are tacky and small and do not have any space to move about. 1 had just 1 check in bag which when opened in the room , took away 80% of the movement space. Thankfully 1 stayed only 1 night. The hotel is located around a 12 minute walk from Hongqiao terminal 1 which is alot when you have bags in your hands.

It's still nice to check in during a layover. Especially when taking an early international flight, it is only a 15-minute walk from T1. So I don’t have to worry about delays in big cities. The customer service front desk is also very considerate.

In Shanghai, it is very cost-effective to stay in a hotel like this at such a price. Although it takes 15 minutes to walk to the airport, there is no shuttle. The hotel also upgraded me to a double room for free. Quite satisfied.
