Low rise building, I stayed on 2nd fl. The room has window but no view and surprisingly no mini fridge in the room however we don't need it. We love the bed that quite comfortable and sleep well.

One of the worst hotel stay. They have a room where Wi-Fi not working and not signal to make a call. Very bad engineering of place and no Windows in any of room. When can reception they say need more money to change other room. After argument Finally they changed room.. please think twice before booking….. very bad experience.

There are not as many choices of food around and malls are located not by walking distance. It is however quite near to the Bund by car. The wifi in the hotel is not very easy to connect but the hotel staff was helpful to assist.

I don't even want to give this room 0.5 points. The room is so bad. The walls, floors, and ceilings are all broken. The shower in the bathroom is also leaking water everywhere. The TV is also crooked. Nothing is satisfactory. The room price is so expensive. After booking the room, the price was immediately reduced. I'm angry.
