洗臉盆堵塞，床單破損，並發現頭髮，房間異味，一看就是前面客人離開後未打掃，前台接待女生態度不好。太差勁

房間還是挺大的，還有一張單獨的小沙發，由於房間靠馬路，所以汽車聲、鳴笛聲、還有路邊行人説話聲音都能聽得清楚，衞生間還算乾淨，但明顯毛巾、垃圾桶都很顯舊，床品略微有一點灰塵還是潮濕的味道，湊合住一晚還行吧。

環境非常的好，前台小姐姐服務態度也是超級貼心。從入住到設施到服務都是周邊地區天花板。房間乾淨，整潔，整體佈局也是非常nice✌️

管理混亂，物品亂放，不按規定作業。
設施故障不能及時處理。
洗澡水忽冷忽熱
空調故障：9點+反饋問題回覆馬上處理，10+詢問回覆已修好。11+ 再次反饋空調不制熱。12+再次詢問時反饋空調維修師傅，預計兩到三點鐘可到達現場處理。中間回覆所有房間空調均有問題。1點提出可以更換房間。
備註 反饋過程有主動增加棉被。沒接受半夜更換房間。
請重視客訴，反饋處理時效。
