五一比較貴300多月感覺不值，住其他家190元的對比，設施差好多。衞生間很臟，床上木板床很硬，床單也像沒有換過一樣不整潔。一樓的房間，離南站還要走十幾分鍾路，也不是特別近。總體性價比一般。
