是用小區裏的一套複式改造的，所以房間挨着房間，隔音差一點，不過幸好碰到的鄰居都素質很好，沒有碰到很吵的。房間基本就是照片看到的樣子，床鋪衞生也可以，衞生間倒是有點驚喜，挺大，有一次性毛巾浴巾，一次性拖鞋，牙刷和梳子，洗髮水是沙宣的，沐浴露是力士的，沒有護髮素，隨便住一晚這個條件很是對得起這個價格了，早上門口吃碗餛飩，走去天文館衹有500米，很是適合過度一晚。

服務：老闆服務超級貼心，我還在海昌裏當沒頭蒼蠅時就電話聯繫我確認入住時間，用得着的訊息都主動發給我，比我自己考慮得還周到。
環境：過年期間，周邊煙花燃放頻率較高，房間隔音效果較差，而且被子較小，洗手間較小，真的不怎麼好休息。

地理位置很好，能直接看到天文館，我們步行去的。
早餐外賣也很方便，直接送到門口。
我們住得閣樓，房間不錯，睡得也不錯，但對於高個子不怎麼友好，還有陽台早上洗漱、化粧有點熱。
如果夏天，建議租他們家其它房子。一樓有2間，2樓2間。適合一羣朋友。

整體還可以，牆體有點舊了，有些裂紋。附近有好幾個工地在施工，早上比較吵。叫外賣方便。房東服務很好，比較周到。

真的好臭，衞生間臭就算了，房間也臭，尤其是地板，真的住了這麼多民宿裏體驗感最差的一次。

衞生：住過民宿，但這個衞生確實很一般，價格偏貴。
這次體驗最不容忍的是枕頭床墊被套，感覺沒消毒過，也不見太陽，孩子半夜醒來一直喊癢一晚上沒睡好！！
沒有一次性用品，一次性拖鞋是最劣質的；
環境：在萬科的小區別墅裏，周圍環境還可以，但進出不方便，離馬路隔了一個綠化帶，衹能走2號門，最近的1號門需要門卡，房東全程不在，沒有門禁；
服務：下單前後完全兩種態度，不能看看房，因為房東全程不在，沒有服務，全靠自助；
設施：房間很小，電視很小，空調聲音很大制熱一般，沒有礦泉水，被網上高檔民宿照片騙到，這個價格還不如租個舒適連鎖酒店好。

為了去天文館特地選的。名宿在一個小區別墅內，小區環境很好，離上海天文館很近，參觀十分方便。室內裝修偏舊，設施條件一般，可以煮飯，想去天文館方便對住宿要求不太高的可以選擇。住的頂樓閣樓夏天有點熱，樓梯設計有點窄，上下樓梯要小心避免摔倒，個子高的不建議選閣樓房間，會碰頭。房東人很好溝通，會給你去天文館參觀的一些建議。
