Best of the best! Great location near the Hongqiao train station and airport, clean and spacious room, amazing breakfast(my kids loved the Korean Ramen!) and not to mention wonderful services! We will revisit for sure when we come to Shanghai!!

From check in to check out, Everything went smoothly. The breakfast is amazing both Chinese and western varieties of food selection. The hotel is very clean and big and very close to PVG airport. Hilton never disappoint when it’s come to service. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The staffs are very helpful and give you recommendations while in Shanghai.

The hotel and breakfast was so good. Very clean and the location is so convenient just 15 or 20 minutes away from the airport!

This hotel has a superior location and convenient transportation;The lobby is simple and a**ospheric, with a reasonable layout; High efficiency and attentive service at the front desk; The room is bright, quiet, hygienic and clean, and convenient for work. Highly recommended.👍👍👍When encountering problems, both Lulu and Piper will promptly resolve them.DM Tom is enthusiastic and hospitable and I will come back next time.😊

Good service. Staff that speak in English. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with Chinese and Western food. Restaurant also worth it.

Always nice to stay at the Hilton.
Good environment.
We booked the cheapest room and it was very spacious with a good view.
Great value for money...especially in Shanghai.
Cake available in lobby. It was lovely at only 38RMB a slice.
I found it interesting that the hotel didn't have the typical hotel fragrance hanging in the air. The lobby and lobby bathroom did not smell good.

Very good customer service! The location is a little remote but I expected it looking at the map. The room we stayed was good but had no window to outside which made it a little claustrophobic. Breakfast and restaurant on site were really good! Only real thing that was disappointing is having to pay for parking and the entrance from the parking area to the foyer that has a flight of stairs and a very heavy door that doesn’t stay open, which is not very convenient for suitcases, baby prams and disable people.
